About this house rental
New, 7 bedroom, 6 full 2 half bath, home is located on the 2nd row of South Forest Beach, Outstanding wide flat and uncrowded beach. The house is designed for families and large groups to enjoy the Low Country Lifestyle at one of the country’s Top Beaches. The large open main floor allows everyone to eat, socialize, and relax in the same space, and the 2nd floor family room and 7 bedrooms gives the room to spread out. The large screened in porch, pool, and covered outdoor space offers the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful coastal climate and you are just a short bike ride to Coligny Circle, which offers restaurants, shopping, entertainment and supplies.
The house sleeps up to 18 people with a very flexible structure:
- 4 King suites
- 1 Queen suites
- 1 Room with 2 Doubles
- 1 Bunk room 2 Singles,2 Doubles with a flexible configuration
- 2nd floor TV/Sitting room with sleeper sofa
With, East facing pool, there is direct sun throughout the day and just a 2 minute walk to the beach just out the private back gate of the property. There are no condos or resorts in the area so the beach is never overcrowded, virtually a private beach experience with a wide and flat beach with miles of beach in both directions for bike ride and beautiful walks. You are a short bike ride or walk to Coligny Circle with your choice of restaurants, shopping and supplies.
The large outdoor living space has everything you need to enjoy long days by the pool or at the beach, with both direct sun or shaded areas. Outdoor area includes large private pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, pool level bathroom, large screened in porch, covered sitting area with flatscreen smart TV, covered eating area, ping pong table, corn hole, gas grill, beach chairs, beach and pool toys, and a conveniently located refrigerator, freezer and ice maker at pool level. Load up the wagon with chairs, cooler, and beach toys and take the short 2 minute walk to the beach.
The main floor is designed for everybody to socialize, eat, and relax together in the large open space. Large kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, 12 person high top table, 10 person dining table, huge sectional, 2 seating areas, large Flat Screen TV, that opens to the screened in porch, and allows everyone to dine and relax in one location. Also included on the main floor is the laundry, half bath, and Primary Bedroom.
We try to anticipate your needs at 7 Laurel Lane. The house has a fully stocked kitchen with everything need to host everything from a Low Country Cookout to a full Thanksgiving Feast. There are 12 full size beach towels for your outdoor needs. We have included a wagon, folding beach chairs for your days on the beach. The house is equipped with washer and dryer, high chair and pack n play
Arrival and departing the house has been made a breeze with an Elevator that runs from the ground floor and stops at each floor. There are 9 smart TV’s throughout the house, with strong WiFi signal throughout the house, porch, and pool deck. We have included Ping Pong, Corn Hole, and Bocci Ball. Max parking spaces 6, two inside garage

Excellent vacation for family of 16 with 5 kids. Not once did we feel on top of each other. Everyone had their own private space, the kids loved the bunk beds and pool. Nothin beats the outdoor living spaces of this property. The owner was always communicating and the two property managers were willing to assist with anything we needed. Can’t wait to come back!

We found this property in excellent condition. Definitely would recommend and hope to stay again in the future. We had 10 adults, 2 teenagers, and 5 kids 12 and under. We never felt crowded and everyone had their own space. Location to the beach was walkable. Highly recommend.

This is such a beautiful property! And the layout works so well for large groups -- we had 15. Having 2 dining tables so close to each other is especially nice. We look forward to coming back!
