Great space for our family of 10. Very attentive hosts with top notch service. We stayed during Christmas and the pool and hot tub heated perfectly for the kids to swim.

The house is just as advertised and was more than big enough to accommodate the 13 in our group. The property is very kid friendly. We had 7 children under 7 in our group and they all had a blast. Great backyard pool with hot tub. Very short drive for beach access or to town. I would highly recommend for families.

My family did enjoy the property however there were some issues. First, the shower in the upstairs "primary" bathroom did not work, requiring those family members to use other showers in the house, which was an inconvenience as people were all trying to get ready for my mother's memorial service at The Cypress in HH Plantation at the same time on Saturday. Second, I paid $100 per day for the pool to be heated. It was still stone cold when we checked in on Thursday afternoon. Frankly, I don't think it is fair to be charged with heating the pool on check in day when we could not access the pool until 4pm and obviously the heat had just been turned on at 4 or thereabouts. The hot tub was warm starting Friday morning but the pool never really did get warm. There were some buttons on the side of the pool that may have triggered heat in some areas, but there were no instructions on how to use those. Overall, money spent heating the pool was a waste.
