Home is brand new and even nicer than pictures depict. Kitchen was fully stocked for all cooking needs, rooms were immaculate and spacious, and location to beach was just as described. A quick walk from two houses over leads to the path out onto beach. Home is in beautiful area with close proximity to shopping and restaurants. We had a slight challenge getting into home and owner responded himself in less than 1 minute, immediately addressing.

Overall our stay was amazing. Beautiful new home! The 4th floors ac however was not working and for the people sleeping in the king bedroom and the kids in the bunk room it was miserable sleeping in 80 degrees every night. Most of the kiddos ended up having to sleep on floors of a different room on lower floors because they were so uncomfortable. It would also be nice to have a fridge and bathroom in the garage area for the pool.
