About this house rental
Summary:
Absolutely stunning 2nd row beach house with 7 bedrooms including a fabulously fun loft area for the kids with 4 full size beds. The remaining 7 bedrooms each have a king size bed. Separate private office has a queen pull out sofa bed. There also is a pack n play provided. Professionally decorated with all new furnishings along with a well outfitted kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Large pool with covered patio and outdoor shower. Public beach access is just steps away. Nearby Chaplin Park provides tennis courts, soccer field, basketball, and playground.
The Space:
The house is located on the 2nd row beach front. The home has 7 bedrooms and loft area with bunk beds for the kids with 4 full size beds. The remaining bedrooms feature King size beds. There is a pack n play provided.
This home provides a coffee maker that accommodates both K-cup and brew. The home is kid friendly. The garage has a ping pong table and and EV-Charger for those who are driving electric vehicles. There is a large pool with covered patio, and a Hot Tub.
Guest Access:
Guest will receive the door code 24 hrs prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
The Neighborhood is located next to a park which you can enjoy. The beach is only minutes away from the house.
Getting Around:
There are plenty of bike rental companies on the island that will deliver and pick-up bikes. Beach essentials are provided, these include 8 beach chairs, beach wagon, some beach toys for the kids, and a 10x10 tent.
Other Things to Note:
Parking on Hilton Head Island is strictly enforced. No street parking is allowed. Noise ordinance is 10PM-8AM, however is monitored 24hrs a day. Hanging towels or other items on porch railings is prohibited. For your safety, we have installed cameras on the front porch and near the garage doors.

The management team will be available for any problems or questions you may have.

What a perfect house for our Friendsgiving vacation! Plenty of room for two families, adult kids and significant others. Very clean with everything we needed and short stroll to the beach. Sitting on the porch swings watching the sun come up was the best! We will be back!

We cannot say enough about how much we loved this property. The best VRBO rental we have ever experienced. Our large extended family group with all ages enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was perfectly clean and we loved how every bedroom was large with amazingly comfortable king size beds. The kids and teenagers really enjoyed the full sized bunk beds. The kitchen was incredibly equipped. The location was perfect just steps from the beach. We enjoyed the brand new grill, and the clean and well kept pool and hot tub. The house was closely located to shopping and restaurants. We loved riding bikes on the beach. We rented bikes in the past and had to lock them up individually. It was so convenient to have a large garage to store them all in. The house is well stocked with amazing beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas. It made for wonderful days on the beach. The house truly helped us create a magical vacation.

The house was AMAZING. Everything was so clean and so nice. It is as advertised. Walk to the beach is 3-4 minutes and is beautiful. Communication was great. Ran out of propane one night and they had a tank delivered within the hour. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again for our annual family trip.
