About this house rental
Summary:
Absolutely stunning 2nd row beach house with 7 bedrooms including a fabulously fun loft area for the kids with 4 full size beds. The remaining 7 bedrooms each have a king size bed. Separate private office has a queen pull out sofa bed. There also is a pack n play provided. Professionally decorated with all new furnishings along with a well outfitted kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Large pool with covered patio and outdoor shower. Public beach access is just steps away. Nearby Chaplin Park provides tennis courts, soccer field, basketball, and playground.
The Space:
The house is located on the 2nd row beach front. The home has 7 bedrooms and loft area with bunk beds for the kids with 4 full size beds. The remaining bedrooms feature King size beds. There is a pack n play provided.
This home provides a coffee maker that accommodates both K-cup and brew. The home is kid friendly. The garage has a ping pong table and and EV-Charger for those who are driving electric vehicles. There is a large pool with covered patio, and a Hot Tub.
Guest Access:
Guest will receive the door code 24 hrs prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
The Neighborhood is located next to a park which you can enjoy. The beach is only minutes away from the house.
Getting Around:
There are plenty of bike rental companies on the island that will deliver and pick-up bikes. Beach essentials are provided, these include 8 beach chairs, beach wagon, some beach toys for the kids, and a 10x10 tent.
Other Things to Note:
Parking on Hilton Head Island is strictly enforced. No street parking is allowed. Noise ordinance is 10PM-8AM, however is monitored 24hrs a day. Hanging towels or other items on porch railings is prohibited. For your safety, we have installed cameras on the front porch and near the garage doors. Permit #030057

You will not be disappointed with this beautiful, well kept home. This house was perfect for our get away with our grown children and their families. We had age ranges from 7 months to 60 years old. The beds were so comfortable. This home is a 5-6 minute walk from the front door to the beach for the slower walkers. Average walk time for me was about 3 minutes. The layout of the home is phenomenal. We love that it had two washers and dryers due to the amount of people trying to do their laundry. Large table for eating and playing games with the family as well as a table outside under cover which was also used for playing games and watching the family in the pool. The little and big kids enjoyed playing ping pong as well. The chairs, wagon and items the owner provides for you to use at the beach are very nice. We will be back. My husband and I loved it and our children and grandchildren raved about this house as soon as they arrived and even more see when they went inside and saw everything. The host was very prompt in responding from the beginning to the very end. Kitchen has everything you can think of. The two porch bed swings on the front porch were comfortable for just sitting out and relaxing.

The house was incredibly clean and exactly like the pictures. Steps away from the beach and plenty of parking for our whole group. Would 100% come back :)

Great house for 4 families with kids. Great location, right at a public beach access. House was very clean, hot tub was great. Host was very responsive and I would definitely stay there again.
