This southern-charm-inspired island retreat blends coastal elegance with incredible outdoor living. Just a five-minute stroll from Burkes Beach, the home features multiple levels of crafted decks and balconies that surround a modern, heated pool and spa. The outdoor areas are ideal for gathering, grilling, and relaxing beneath the palms.
Inside, the open-concept living space brings together the kitchen, dining, and living areas in seamless harmony. Warm hardwood floors and a soft pastel palette reflect the nearby shoreline, creating a serene, beach-inspired ambiance. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and custom finishes, perfect for cooking and entertaining. With six spacious bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to sixteen guests. Renovated bathrooms feature beautiful tilework and spa-like walk-in showers. A loft-level second living area and mini-kitchen upstairs offer added space and flexibility, while a custom-designed bunk room provides a fun and functional retreat for kids and teens.
Entertainment continues with eight TVs, a stationary bike, ping pong, and two foosball tables. The home includes garage access and parking for up to five vehicles and is located near Chaplin Community Park with tennis courts, sports fields, and trails. The Breeze seasonal shuttle stops nearby, making beach access and local adventures a breeze.
The private pool and spa can be heated for an additional fee. Spa jets are inactive, but the peaceful setting is perfect for relaxing soaks. Guests enjoy exclusive credit through our partnership with SERG Take Out Kitchen for gourmet meals delivered to the home.

This was a great home for our full family Labor Day stay. There were 14 of us including kids and we enjoyed having a bedroom for all adult couples and a room for the kids. We also enjoyed the huge common living area as wells the fantastic pool area. The house is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and is at the end of a cul-de-sac so no traffic whatsoever. We also took advantage of the “bike-a-bility” of Hilton Head to go out for coffee, breakfast, dessert, and some other odds and ends. Just a fantastic home to stay in and pretty much exactly as described.

This property was everything we were looking for in a family vacation. We were supposed to be at Anna Maria Island in Florida but hurricane Helene had other plans! We booked this property on very short notice (like one day) and we’re very happy that all things worked out for us. The kids enjoyed the pool and the upstairs sitting area when they weren’t enjoying the beautiful beach that was within walking distance. The bikes and the beach cart proved to be valuable assets too. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked very well for p everyone! I would definitely book this home again. Thank you for allowing us to share your property! We loved it.

The property managers were very informative and quick to respond to questions. The location of the property on the map was incorrect and misleading (error on part of VRBO). You have to cross a major road to get to the beach - there is a crosswalk, but no traffic light.

Property is very spacious for a large family to enjoy the pool and a short walk to the beach.
More attention to details would have made our stay more memorable and justified the very high fee for this beach house.
The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms should be better stocked and ready for a family of 12+ that is advertised for.
Kitchen utensils , plates , towels in bathrooms and pillows in bedrooms need to be added.
Outdoor furniture , cushions etc need replaced ASAP..
I would consider Frontgate items to spruce up the patio and pool space.
As of now, even though we enjoyed our week immensely we would not return to this property.
We have stayed at HH in others that were more luxurious for 1/2 the cost.
