Important Notes:
Not suitable for families with small children or guests with mobility issues (steep stairs)

After 21:00: €50 fee
After 22:00: €75 fee
After 24:00: €100 fee (please avoid arrivals after midnight)

€4 per person per night (cash on arrival), exempt for children under 10

1) Online check-in must be completed at least two days prior to arrival to allow document verification. After registration, you will receive a link and an access code to open the doors during your stay. Physical keys will also be available inside the apartment.
2) Alternatively, check-in can be completed in person upon arrival, with cash payment of the city tax:
High season (February – December): €4.00 per night per person
January: €2.80 per night per person
Children up to 10 years: exempt
Ages 11–16: 50% of adult rate
Important Notice
The building has steep stairs; carrying large suitcases may be challenging.
A trusted person will be present upon your arrival for any assistance.
