About this cottage rental
Composed of 4 apartments like the one offered, with 2 double bedrooms, dining room with fireplace and sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. On the ground floor there is a lounge / study, with kitchen prepared for large groups, thus creating combinations we can have stays for 2 or 30 people. There is also a terrace / solarium with barbecue, playground and fenced parking.
It is all exterior giving 3 streets.
The combination of rental of these apartments gives you a lot of versatility, being able to rent from a single couple, a loft apartment with all the services exclusive to them alone until the combination of the 4 apartments using the studio as a living room so that a complete house is left with the rooms on the upper floors and the kitchen / dining room on the ground floor, with direct access to the barbecue terrace and children's games, for a maximum total of 33 people.

The apartment had everything we needed. A Supermarket was very close. The car could not park in the street near the apartment but on a piece of ground close by; I could see the car from the sitting room window. We found it easy to get around, the road network was very good and stunning scenery. We stayed here whilst visiting friends who live close by so it was very handy.
There is a folder with brochures advertising various places to visit, it would also be very useful to have some written guidance detailing things like where to take the recycling bags and the waste bags. What goes in to which bag, luckily, we understood a little Spanish so could work it out. Other than that everything was as advertised. We enjoyed our stay.

Both the block and the apartment were very clean and welcoming. The beds were freshly made and we had plenty of towels, spare bedding etc. The views from the apartment are beautiful and it was a pleasure to stand on the balcony in the morning with coffee and enjoy the mountains all around. The shower was very good and plenty of hot water. Javi and Silvia were lovely people and very accommodating. Just a couple of little things, the drain cover in the bathroom was broken and this resulted in a slightly unpleasant smell, we put the bin cover over it which worked for the smell but was rather awkward when getting out of the shower. Also we were two ladies and we would have liked full length mirrors in the bedrooms. Just minor details in the scale of things and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Orba. We will definitely go again.
