About this cottage rental
Pará de Gaita is an old hunting stop carefully rehabilitated in a unique enclave, high on a hill surrounded by holm oaks, pines, carob trees and almond trees with stunning views over the Valley of Pop, where contact with nature is a reality in the 10,000 m² of pine forest of the property that you can enjoy.
This house is located on top of a hill where you can enjoy incredible views from the sofa while you get warm in front of the fireplace: this room is perfect for relaxing.
The dining room, together with the living room, has a classic table for 6. The kitchen is old style but you will not need more.
We assure you an incredible and quiet night in each of the two rooms available. The first bedroom has a double bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom, on the top floor, has four single beds. We also have a cot at your disposal upon request.
Outside you will find a totally private 3x2m pool and perfect for cooling the hot days; a furnished terrace with table and chairs for 6 (Who would not want to have breakfast with the fantastic views there?).
In addition, under the large oak that is in the house, you will find two picnic-style tables to eat outside but shelter from the sun's rays. Or if you prefer to dine here, don't worry because the lighting that the whole tree has will make your night an incredible one.
The house has air conditioning, mosquito nets and an indoor fireplace to enjoy it throughout the year.
If the house is reserved for only two people, the upper part will be closed unless it is specified that you need two rooms. In this case you must notify a maximum of 3 days before entering the house. By topic cleaning. (I don't know will rent to anyone else, the house is for private use).

Queríamos una estancia tranquila, para desconectar y lo hemos conseguido. Es un sitio apartado, sin más ruido que los pájaros. La casa es encantadora, sin lujos pero cómoda. Repetiremos seguro.

La casa tiene un encanto especial, está situada en un entorno muy especial. El único problema es que fuimos con bebes de 1año y medio y no esta muy adaptada para bebés, pero es estupenda para adultos! Muy recomendable.
