This villa is the ideal starting point for exploring the area, as in less than thirty minutes by car you can reach the spectacular old town of Benissa, as well as the charming coves of the region and the varied gastronomic and cultural offerings of nearby towns such as Calpe and Moraira.
Calima is built following the tradition of dry stone and is distributed on a single floor with a charming mezzanine. The property has an eclectic decoration that harmoniously blends with the surroundings, combining comfort and tranquillity in an exceptional manner.
Upon entering the house, you will be greeted by a bright living-dining room with a fireplace that radiates warmth on the coolest days. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals while enjoying the company of your loved ones. Some rustic wooden stairs lead to the attic of the house, where you will find a bedroom with three single beds, perfect for those seeking a cosy and private space.
The rest area offers two warm rooms with comfortable double beds and a bathroom with a shower, guaranteeing maximum comfort during the stay. The exterior of Calima invites you to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings, with a spacious stone furniture area and sail awnings that create an intimate and welcoming atmosphere.
The private swimming pool is the perfect place to cool off on hot days, while the sun loungers allow you to sunbathe and admire the impressive views of the Sierra de Bèrnia, Oltà, the Peñón de Ifach and the sea in the distance. In addition, the villa has a portable barbecue and the entire property is fenced to ensure the safety and privacy of guests.

La casa de calima est vraiment exceptionnelle, une vue imprenable entre montagne et mer , le calme total juste le chant des oiseaux et des criquets , villa à typique, décoration magnifique, tout le confort qu’il faut y est , piscine très agréable avec vu à 360 degrés sur les montagnes , le monsieur qui s occupe de la piscine très très gentil au petit soin pour nous , l agence est à l écoute et très réactif à nos demandes , je recommande fortement cette villa !!! Expérience à renouveler !!! Un énorme merci ️
Et bien pour notre parc rien est à améliorer , tous est parfait top excellent génial merci ️

Herrliche Lage in Pinos mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Sierra Bernia, den Berg Olta und das Meer. Gute Wanderwege in der Umgebung und mehrere Bergrestaurant in der Nähe mit ausgezeichneter Küche. Das Haus mit Außenanlagen ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Der Besitzer kommt einmal die Woche um den Pool zu reinigen und die Außenanlagen zu pflegen.
Da wir 4 Wochen vor Ort waren, wäre es gut wenn für die schöne Stein-Sitzgarnitur einige Sitzkissen und für die Poolliegen entsprechend Auflagen verfügbar wären. Es sollte eine Lösung für W-Lan gefunden werden. Für ein Ferienhaus befinden sich nach unserem dafürhalten zu viele Accessoires im Haus.

A lovely villa set into the mountains with awesome views. The villa is quite tricky to find but once you are there it is well worth it. You will need a car and the road/track up to the house is very steep and not for the faint-hearted. We stayed in the villa as 6 adults. Two bedrooms are small doubles but fine, the third room (loft room) has very low ceilings and more suitable for children. There is no air-conditioning but there is a couple of fans. It was very hot so I would suggest they need to ensure there is a fan available for every room. The lounge/kitchen are a good size and the pool area is fantastic with incredible views. Great stay! Would recommend.
