Our charming villa – "Casa Glückauf" – is an invitation to be happy.
Enjoy your well-deserved vacation and relax in our holiday oasis on the Costa Blanca. No matter the season – we offer you space and tranquility to unwind. Casa "Glückauf" is lovingly and fully equipped for 2 to 9 guests. You’ll find 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, a winter garden, an outdoor kitchen, 4 parking spaces, a large private pool, an expansive and secluded garden, as well as several terraces for relaxing and enjoying.
Our villa sits on a private, fully walled, and secluded plot of approx. 1,600 sqm with private parking. From the sun deck on the roof terrace, you can enjoy a stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea. The sea is about an 8–10-minute walk from the property, where you’ll also find the first two beach coves, each with a beach bar.
The Garden: In the large, flat garden (with lawn areas), you’ll find palm, lemon, orange, and almond trees, along with many blooming Mediterranean plants and cacti. Around the house, there are several terraces, seating and sunbathing areas, as well as lawns. Our practical outdoor kitchen (without a stove) invites you to barbecue and relax on the property. The location is central, idyllic, and very quiet.
The Private Pool: The pool features Roman steps, is approx. 12 x 6 meters in size, and 1 to 1.90 meters deep – perfect for unwinding. The pool area includes plenty of sun loungers and a large pool terrace.
The Surroundings: Nearby, you'll find supermarkets, a wide variety of restaurants, bars and cafés, bakeries, ATMs, doctors, a pharmacy, a gas station with car wash, beach coves, tennis courts, a fitness studio, hair salons, hiking trails, playgrounds, a beautiful large golf course with sea view, and much more.
Charging electric cars, including via extension cords, is strictly prohibited. A public charging station is about 3 minutes away by car.
Our Prices: Prices vary by season, ranging from €800.00 per week in the low season to €1,771.00 per week in the high season. In the winter months, prices start at €840.00 per month (plus utilities).
Additional Costs:
Final cleaning: €90.00 per floor / €180.00 for the whole house (plus €10.00 per pet for final cleaning)
Optional fees: €15.00 per person for bed linen and towels – of course, you are welcome to bring your own
€40.00 per week for the use of one air conditioner (we currently offer up to 4 air conditioners on request – bedrooms are also equipped with fans)
Our villa consists of two separate living units across two floors, accommodating 2 to 9 people. From April 1st to October 31st, we rent out the entire house.
During the winter months (November 1st to March 31st), we only rent the upper floor (2 to 5 people) to long-term tenants (minimum stay: 60 days) at a special winter rate.
IMPORTANT: From November 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027, we will only be renting out the upper floor apartment for 2 to 4 people.
