This spacious, fully furnished villa accommodates 2–9 guests, up to 3 pets by arrangement, and is ideal for temporary stays, seasonal living, or long-term rental. The property features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living areas, 2 dining areas, 1 winter garden, 1 outdoor kitchen with barbecue (no stove), multiple terraces, a private pool, and a large, private garden.
Property & Amenities:
The plot covers approximately 1,600 sqm and is fully fenced. Four private parking spaces are available on-site. From the rooftop sun deck, you can enjoy unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea. Supermarkets, restaurants, medical services, and sports and leisure facilities are nearby.
The garden features Mediterranean plants, lawns, and seating and sunbathing areas. The outdoor kitchen allows for barbecues and relaxing outdoors. The private pool with Roman steps (approx. 12 × 6 m, depth 1–1.80 m) is exclusively for guest use.

Rental Agreement & Identification:
According to Spanish law, a rental agreement must be signed for each stay. Guests are required to sign the agreement and provide a copy of a valid ID card or passport upon arrival at the latest. This step is legally required and serves for official guest registration with the Spanish authorities.
Key Handover:
To ensure a smooth process, keys are handed over in person on the day of arrival and returned in person at departure.
Rental & Use:
Short-term (7–10 days): VUT-licensed temporary use (Registration number NRA)
Seasonal rental (11–30 days): Temporary use with seasonal rental agreement
Long-term/Winter (2–5 months): Temporary use, upper floor available, fixed rental period, minimum stay 60 days
Prices (seasonal, for temporary use):
Short-term (7–10 days, VUT/NRA): €800–€2,530 depending on season
Seasonal stay (11–30 days): on request, depending on season and duration
Long-term/Winter (2–5 months, upper floor): from €810/month + utilities
Cleaning fee: €90 per floor / €180 for the whole house
Pets: €10 per pet

Charging electric vehicles on the property is not permitted; public charging stations are 3 minutes away. Waste must be separated responsibly and disposed of promptly. For private use only; parties or events are not allowed.

Spacious villa that is well depicted in the web advert. We were five adults and two children and had plenty of room. Perhaps nitpicking but for a 1yo there are some steps/stairs that need a helping hand. Our 3yo had no problems at all and was all over the place. Kids liked the largepremises where they could roam. Pool was nice and large. The pool house was nice and is where we spent most meals and a lot of time. Large bbq (gas) at pool house. Easy parking for two cars. Walking distance to very nice restaurant close to the beach. Supermarkets (several) nearby. Would recommend.

We had a fantastic time at barbels villa , it was perfect for my family of 5 and my parents . The location is ideal , not far from the town but so quiet we truly relaxed. The pool is lush. We will return. Thankyou so much barbel !
