Good and quiet villa in cul de sac, with large terraces and private swimming pool of 5m on 10m, on a level.
The villa is equipped with 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning, each with its own bathroom (2) and each with its own toilet (2). 1 of the bedrooms is ensuite. At the villa there is also a studio for three persons with air-conditioning, also equipped with shower room with toilet, free internet and fridge.
Large living room with fireplace and fully equipped semi-open kitchen and utility room.

The property lived up to our expectations. It was clean, very tidy and spacious .A fabulous villa in a quiet location is everything you could ask for. I have to mention the pool. WOW! A fantastic sized pool and very well maintained by Jim and Lewis. By far one of the best properties we have stayed in and hope to rebook again!

The villa is situated in a very quite urbanisation, the property was excellent, the pool was nice and large.There was an excellent itialan restaurant in walking distance.Supermarkets many to choose no more than 15 kilometres away.You are close to the resorts of Moraira and Calpe.

Fantastic property, we all loved it. Check in/out and communication with the host were first class. The pool, patio and garden areas were excellent. 3 couples with 2 young children, plenty of space and bedrooms/bathrooms were very clean, would highly recommend to anyone
