Beautiful villa with private pool, it has 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed and two with two single beds each, If you were 7 persons complimentary extra bed), living room with fireplace, air conditioning and satellite TV, garage, terrace, large BBQ with garden chairs and table, covered terrace and fenced plot. In Jalon (Spanish name) or Xaló (Valencian name) life goes on in a peaceful, although it is located just 15 minutes drive from the hustle and Calpe coast and between 20 and 30 minutes from the coast Javea, Moraira , Denia and Altea.
The house is located very near the edge of town, so you can walk quietly.
