La ubicación excelente.
Tiene una terraza muy grande y bonita, nosotros somos fumadores muy esporádicos, y a pesar que no había nadie registrado en el apartamento (solo nosotros) no nos permitió hacer uso de ella.

The host was probably the reason I rate this premises as high as I did. She was friendly and helpful.
The view from the room was barely noticeable. There was a strong smell of paint in the room on arrival. I felt the room was far over priced for what was on offer. No facilities provided for making food especially with nothing else around. It didn't include breakfast. It states that it is only 1 mile from Guadalest when in fact it was over 3 miles up a very steep hill and then on main roads.
