The best location to enjoy beautiful Sella!

Beautiful, bright, spacious room with the most stunning views of Sella and the mountains. Perfect location if you are into climbing/biking/hiking. Great facilities to prepare your meals, as well as a lovely restaurant onsite. Super friendly owners.

Very disappointed we weren’t warned about the noise disruption of the local festival.

The the host greeted us - there was a festival on so we couldn’t drive to the property so the host communicated with us via WhatsApp to pick us up from a nominated parking point and drive us up at which time he gave us the keys. The room was big, modern and clean. It had a beautiful view of Sella.

Unfortunately our stay was at the time of a local festival which the host told us about 2 weeks before arrival, not at the time of booking. We were also not warned that the local festival would result in significant noise from the moment of arrival to our departure. Fireworks were being set off throughout the day and night, sometimes right outside the accommodation. We were woken up throughout the night by this and incessant music from marching bands and a concert stage set up in the town centre only a few 100 metres away from the accommodation. One night we were woken up at 4am by a concert that started playing. Again, we were given no warning about this level of disruption. The accommodation restaurant was also closed because of the festival which we weren’t told until we arrived. We are disappointed we only found out about how disruptive this would be once we arrived. Because of the festival we were also reliant on the host being available to hand the keys back over and also drive us back down to our car but when we messaged he was unresponsive so we had to walk down to the car park with our bags and hand the keys over to the cleaner.

Impressive location, extremely hard to get to, unfortunately the room smelled.

Good price, nothing like it available in the region, very nice hosts, helpful, friendly, fun. Beautiful view. Nice for hikes. Overall cleanliness is ok, just the room needs remodeling. Pool looked ok but was too cold of course in the mountains.

Smell in the room moldy, old, dingy, maybe there were smokers there at some point (?), not sure, it was not nice to sleep with the smell. Hard to get there and extra charge for parking is a bit annoying, because we wanted to drop off stuff and park in the town for free, but that proved impossible, there is no other way unless you feel like carrying the suitcase up the very steep hill. Very difficult to get there by car, near impossible to reach without experienced help. The hosts have to drive you there, at times backwards, very close to edges, car got bumped underneath on the way out of the parking. It's really very complicated, but the view into the mountains is beautiful.

Truly a beautiful place to stay, but small car required for the road up/down

This is a truly stunning place, loved the views, ability to sleep with balcony doors open and a view of true beauty. Silent nights, atop a beautiful hillside village. Good and well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, clean, easy parking (once you get up there, NOTE: hire a fiat Panda or similar small car, nothing big!). Hosts Toni, Isa and family were friendly and helpful. The village is so pretty!

Superb location for a walking holiday

Superb views from location at top of village. Toni the host met us in the bar and drove the car to the property - a good idea access is on very narrow streets with a lot of reversing and turning to negotiate and I consider myself a very confident Lake District driver! It is a perfect base for walking in the mountains and I would leave car in free car park and walk up to property after a days walk. Two gas ring hob and microwave. It was perfect for us due to location and view from balcony.

Extra blankets in Winter would be useful. Wifi slow. No hot water on morning of departure.

Great stay in the mountains

Great views, very helpful personnel and decent facilities. Also worth noting proximity of walking trails. If you are a cyclist you will appreciate the road running through the village

Minor things like, lack of kettle (there was a pot for boiling water) and a cutting knife. Less experienced drivers and ones with a bigger cars than a compact size might not appreciate the access to the property car park. There's a village car park though a short walk and visible from the property.

Fantastic place to stay

Toni and his son were extremely helpful. From the moment I met Toni he was very kind and friendly. Toni's son helped me with my car as it got a puncture and he helped me get it repaired. I am very grateful to them both.

Excellent location, views and service from the host

This apartment is beautifully situated at the top of the hill in Sella, the views are incredible from your apartment. The surrounding private gardens and pool are all really well maintained and there was even a a BBQ with seating area which we put to good use. Toni the host could not have been more helpfull, we will certainly use this place again.

The walk up from town does not take long but involves walking up a lot of steps, not suitable for people with limited mobility. Not a problem for us(both 75 but active)

Nice location, really calm place with beautiful mountains view. Sella is very old and cozy mountains village, and the property is almost on the highest point of this village, with panorama views.

A home fro

The hosts made me feel like part of their family. The village of Sella is really beautiful and I enjoyed just walking the small lanes each morning after breakfast at Tonis place.

Nothing - it was honestly one of the best places I have stayed. Toni and his wife will make you feel totally at home and look after you. They served very traditional Spanish food everyday for me in their restaurant in the square.

Me gustó todo. Las vistas del apartamento espectaculares y perfectas. Pretendía que esta escapada fuese de desconexion y relax, y lo conseguí con creces, un lugar idílico. Isa y sus hijos no pudieron ser más amables, facilitándome en todo momento su ayuda. Sella es un pueblo precioso con mucho encanto y todos los servicios.. En conjunto un 10 al que pienso volver.

La tranquilidad y el entorno donde está ubicado el apartamento. También tuvimos mucha facilidad y flexibilidad en la llegada y nos recogieron y llevaron maletas hasta el alojamiento. Muy buena atención por parte del personal y se come muy bien en el restaurante.

El colchón y las almohadas no son muy cómodas. Deberían renovar.

El lugar está súper cuidado, el jardín super bonito y el pueblo muy tranquilo. Las vistas también geniales

El apartamento está en lo alto del pueblo y desde el parking hay 5-10 minutos de cuestas. Nosotros fuimos a pasar un par de días y ver el entorno, íbamos a coger el coche todos los días y habíamos leído que era difícil subirlo por lo que no quisimos subirlo. Toni nos dijo que por 5€ el día, pero le contamos que preferíamos no hacerlo. Pero no nos dio la opción de subirlo para descargar ni tampoco al irnos. Eso no nos gustó. Tengo que decir que el hombre nos dijo que estaba malo, entiendo que estuviera serio. El restaurante está cerrado los lunes y martes. La cama muy incómoda.

Sólo tenemos palabras de agradecimiento hacia Isa y Toni (y sus hijos) por tan grata estancia. Os llevamos en el corazón!. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos de paz, tranquilidad y rodeadas de naturaleza. El alojamiento perfecto, muy limpio, detalles cuidados al máximo, se nota el tiempo, cariño y esfuerzo con el que hacen todo. Se agradece mucho poder darse un baño en la piscina con esas vistas espectaculares. Recomendamos totalmente desayunar, comer o cenar en el Restaurante, menudas manos tiene Isa para la cocina! Volveremos seguro!

Silenzio, nuoto, cucina locale e panorami spettacolari

Toni e Isa coi figli sono stati ospiti deliziosi. La struttura domina il paese di Sella, con viste sui monti circostanti e nella valle fino al mare. E' sileziosa, come pure tutto il paese, e la cucina di Isa nel loro ristorante con vista panoramica (di fianco alla piscina) è veramente locale e straodinaria. La stanza era grande e, anche lì, la vista spettacolare. Ideale per leggere, rilassarsi, nuotare, fare passeggiate nei monti, qualche scappata al mare (anche se la costa è orribilmente deturpata, a Villajoyosa abbiamo trovato un bel lungomare e spiaggia ampia e pulita). La struttura offre parcheggio a prezzo aggiuntivo. La strada per arrivarci è avventurosa, in quanto presenta alcuni tornanti molto stretti nella parte superiore del paese, ma Toni è stato bravo nel venire a prenderci in paese per guidarci fino alla struttura. Dopo un paio di viaggi in macchina tutto sembrava più facile. Il paese di Sella offre anche una piscina comunale molto grande a prezzo irrisorio, con annesso bar/ristorante gestito benissimo e con cucina molto qualificata.
