Lovely stay in comfortable home in a quiet village

Excellent location for walking in the mountains. In Feb the heating was essential and much appreciated after a wet day! Kitchen well equipped, plenty of towels, blankets, good wifi. Friendly hosts who met us outside the property. Cafes, bar, bakery within 100m walk. Car parking 5min walk free. 15-20 min walk to Guadalest village and castle.

Ideally located for mountains

Everything was comfortable with good facilities & utensils. The hosts were friendly & helpful. It was lovely to have the heating for the cold evenings. And the surprise delivery of home made cakes was lovely!

The kitchen facilities would be even better if there were a kettle.

Ojo! mienten en cuanto al parking, no tiene nada para aparcar.

Las vistas de la casa a la montaña

CUIDADO!! Estuvimos el segundo fin de semana octubre 2025 y dice aparcamiento gratis, pero ES MENTIRA. Al llegar allí nos dijo que el aparcamiento gratis es el que encuentres en las calles del pueblo. Él no tiene nada para aparcar y además de casualidad coincidió que eran las fiestas del pueblo y era imposible aparcar. Nos dijo que lo dejásemos enfrente de la casa, pero se quedaba la mitad del coche en la carretera. Nos tuvimos que buscar la vida y dejar el coche fuera del pueblo en un sitio totalmente oscuro. Como le dijimos que nos tendría que descontar algo, ya no apareció más por allí. La única solución que nos dió es que quitaría del anuncio lo del parking. No tuvo ni un triste detalle con nosotros.

EXCELENTE ESTANCIA

La casa consta de planta baja y dos plantas más donde están las habitaciones con un baño en cada una de las plantas superiores. En planta baja salón comedor cocina. Reformado y todo bien cuidado. Tiene todo lo necesario y los propietarios regentan un bar al lado para lo que se pueda necesitar y fueron muy amables en todo e incluso nos dejaron un regalo de bienvenida. La casa tiene de todo. El pueblo es pequeño pero está muy cerca de Guadalest. Desde allí también visitamos las fuentes del Algar. No hay parking, hay q aparcar en la calle. GRACIAS A LOS PROPIETARIOS POR SU HOSPITALIDAD.

Por poner una pega el ruido del bar que había en algunos momentos.

Amplitud, comodidad para 5 adultos y 2 niños. Detalles de entrada. Muy cerca andando de Gualadest (donde también es muy complicado aparcar en fechas señaladas)

Casa limpia y completa

La casa está muy bien, muy chula, con dos alturas, en un pueblo de montaña al lado de Guadalest. Nos dejaron unos detalles de bienvenida que nos gustaron mucho. Además, Amparo fue muy bonica y amable porque tenemos dos mellizos de 5 años y les dejó un montón de juguetes durante todo el tiempo que estuvimos allí,. También nos dejó un cable para la tele que nos habíamos dejado en casa.

Llegamos lunes por la tarde y no había nada abierto para comprar o comer, pero bueno, nos fuimos a otro pueblo a cenar. Recomiendo llevar algo de comida para una urgencia y para desayuno al menos. Y, por otro lado, al tener dos alturas, hay que tenerlo en cuenta si tienes algún problema para subir y bajar escaleras. Por lo demás, todo muy bien.

Paisajes preciosos,tranquilidad,buena gastronomía en el pueblo y alrededores,posibilidad de varias actividades,merece la pena alojarse allí y disfrutar de unos dias.La anfitriona muy agradable y dispuesta a resolver cualquier contratiempo.
