Great break away for the costa blanca cup 😊

The apartments were stunning. Very clean and had all the equipment needed for a self catering break with no hassle. The pool was gorgeous. Nice, warm and relaxing with plenty of free sunloungers. The beds were super comfortable and i loved the idea of the bathroom in the bedroom 🥰. Great price for keeping ur rental car in a safe and secure location, however there is plenty of street parking available if this is a charge you woundnt like to pay. Host was very friendly and accomadating. Nothing was too much trouble.

The rudest staff I have ever came across

The property was okay until one of the guys that was working in there was so rude. There wasn’t towels, the AC didn’t work, they even charge you if you want to use the swimming pool.

The staff working in there, they treat you like you are in prison or something. Checking at what time I was coming back, all sort of things. I would never go back

Good stop-over while travelling

The apartment was spacious, light, and bright, and I especially liked to be able to use the brand new washing machine in the unit.

The toilet inside main bedroom had no privacy. The showerhead for hand shower was hanging loose ...

Everything was TOP!

The facilities are brand new, the pool is heated and there is a steam room and various jacuzzis. The apartment was very spacious, with 2 showers, a terrace overlooking the pool and comfortable beds. Marco was very helpful and also let us checkout 2 hours later without a fee. Would recommend 100% and will definateley be back.

No hairdrier nor Iron/Board during my stay as probably havent bought it yet.

New spacious modern appartment equipped with everything needed with beautiful view not far from the sea in a quite area. Responsive and very helpful management. Pool, parking (10 eur/night), supermarket, restaurants, shopping centre nearby.

Oasis De La Cala

It was very clean and had all amenities in the apartment.

There was no sign outside with the name of the place. It wasn't easy to get into as the gates are locked and no one answered the buzzer so had to phone a number for someone to contact someone else who was in the building to come and let us in. We were not given a key to the main gate so when we went left we were locked out and had to call the number again. There were no extra blankets for the sofa bed. No lamps so you can only use the bright ceiling lights. The glass panels to the toilet and shower in the bedroom is unsafe , my husband knocked his head on the corner of it when climbing out of bed.

Un lugar perfecto para pasar uno días

El apartamento con todo nuevo bastante grandes y muy luminosos por todas las cristaleras que tiene, el personal muy agradable. La ubicación muy buena ya que tienes la zona comercial a 2 minutos en coche y todo muy bien conectado.

Por las mañanas sí que entraba algo de luz aunque estuviesen las cortinas cerradas pero nada con importancia

El trato con la persona encargada de recepción. Muy amable y siempre disponible.

Desde hacía bastante tiempo tenía reservado un apartamento de 85 metros cuadrados, como el año 2024. Tres semanas antes de entrar en el alojamiento me llegó un aviso de que no podían atender mi petición, ofreciéndome un apartamento bastante más pequeño, con opción a dos plazas de parking. La cercanía en fechas al evento deportivo en el que íbamos a participar, y la cantidad de gente que participa no nos dejaba mucho margen de maniobra. El nuevo apartamento con vajilla muy escasa, una sartén que no agarraba la vitrocerámica... El espacio era muy justo... La terraza terrible de grande, eso sí. Tuvimos que pagar lo mismo por este apartamento que lo estipulado por el primer apartamento. No hubo ningún tipo de rebaja en el precio.

Apartamentos nuevos y preciosos

El apartamento es precioso y nuevo. Buenas vistas, luminoso, con estilo y muy bien equipado. Están ubicados en un sitio tranquilo con entrada y salida rápida para ir a Terra Mítica. El personal que nos atendió fue muy amable en todo momento. Tiene tres televisores, uno grande en el salón y uno en cada habitación. El sofá también muy cómodo. La terraza tiene unas vistas estupendas. Y todo estaba muy moderno. En general ha sido una maravillosa experiencia. Nos ha encantado y a nuestros hijos también. Es ideal para familias numerosas.

El cuarto de baño del dormitorio principal está integrado en el propio dormitorio. Es precioso y original pero es verdad que falta intimidad a la hora de entrar al WC. Quizá los cristales deberían ser opacos.

No me gusta ; en el anuncio de Booking no especifica el jacuzzi ni piscina , al llegar allí el Señor que nos atendió nos dijo que no entraba la piscina en el precio de Booking ni el Spa , que la piscina nos dejaba entrar y nos la regalaba pero el Spa 15€ por persona y el jacuzzi las burbujas no tiene botón para pulsal tú le buscas a él en recepción y el desde una aplicación te lo enciende . La piscina tiene camas con burbujas, y todo el rato se oía desde el balcón del apartamento a unas chicas gritar que le dieran a las burbujas y nadie le hacía caso , se las oía pelear que no estaba claro el tema Spa, piscina y burbujas . Estoy de acuerdo con ellas , pagas una pasta por la habitación que menos que te entre la piscina y el jacuzzi, y tenga un botón para pulsar como todos los Spas de España . Por lo demás todo correcto .
