I loved staying at the finca and would book again.

Exciting

Utterly surreal place – but Peter, the manager, makes it work. Finding it is a proper adventure: the sign’s so tiny you have to walk past to see it, and the last bit of the road is basically a footpath. Total chaos apart from the rooms and Peter’s excellent breakfast. The slackest tightrope act in the hotel world – but somehow, thanks to Peter, a real experience. Brilliant fun!

La finca pourrait être mieux indiquée mais Marta, a bien expliqué dès que je lui ai téléphoné. Après, c’est très facile .

Un luogo magico nella natura

Luogo magico sperduto nella natura incontaminata, accoglienza meravigliosa, Peter è un persona molto simpatica e disponibile! Ci ha anche regalato delle uova delle sue galline quando ce ne siamo andati! :) Esperienza top per chi cerca un posto isolato nella natura. Ci tornerei!

Non c’è molto da dire ma se proprio devo trovare qualche lato negativo direi un po’ la pulizia e la difficoltà nel raggiungere la casa, soprattutto quando piove perché ci sono delle salite ripide

Las vistas increíbles y la tranquilidad

El desayuno no había gran cosa porque no habían previsto y hubiéramos tenido que pagar por lo poco que había. La puerta no cerraba desde fuera.

Prima verblijf voor deze prijs.

Locatie is geweldig; heerlijk rustig in de bergen. Beheerder spreekt meerdere talen en verzorgt dagelijks een prima ontbijt. Mogelijkheid om op de kamer koffie en thee te zetten maar er mag gebruik worden gemaakt van de keuken van het huis. Kamer en badkamer zijn gedateerd maar alles werkt en is schoon.

Duidelijk te zien (bouwmaterialen) dat er nog wordt gewerkt aan het huis en de buitenruimte. Zwembad is meer een dompelbad om even af te koelen. Airconditioning op de kamer werd erg gemist.

Las vistas de la habitación son muy bonitas.

Hacia muchísimo calor en la habitación sin aire acondicionado. El servicio pequeño, aunque ya lo esperaba por las fotos, es químico y tiene malos olores. La persona que nos atendió no hablaba nada de español. Solo lo recomendaría a personas que no se quieran gastar mucho y que no sea en verano.

Un sitio con potencial, pero queda mucho por mejorar

El lugar en sí es tranquilo y se nota que podría ser un sitio encantador si invirtieran un poco más en él. El hidromasaje fue lo mejor de la estancia, aunque sin agua caliente pierde gran parte de la gracia. La calma de la zona es otro punto positivo, ideal para desconectar. Sin embargo, hay varios aspectos que hacen que la experiencia no sea la esperada. No había agua caliente y, aunque fuimos en verano, la habitación resultó incómoda: el ventilador era antiguo y apenas movía aire, así que nos vimos obligados a abrir las ventanas, lo que significó estar rodeados de bichos al estar en plena sierra. La televisión estaba, pero sin antena, por lo que no se podía usar. El desayuno deja bastante que desear: apenas un chupito de zumo de naranja, agua con café soluble y poco más, aunque el pan con mantequilla estaba rico. El resto de cosas había que pedirlas aparte. La piscina no invita a disfrutarla: más bien parece una charca y, además, siempre había un hombre fumando y bebiendo en la zona (parecía que viviera allí), lo cual hacía incómodo bañarse y quitarse las ganas de estar tranquilo. Las casitas de alrededor que anuncian “sauna” resultaron ser simples trasteros. Otro punto a mejorar es la señalización: para llegar al alojamiento, de noche, el cartel es tan pequeño y mal iluminado que apenas se ve (adjunto foto), lo que dificulta mucho encontrar el sitio. En resumen, es un lugar que tiene mucho potencial por el entorno y las instalaciones que promete, pero ahora mismo está muy descuidado. Ojalá en el futuro inviertan más en este alojamiento porque podría ser muy recomendable, pero por ahora deja bastante que desear.

En entorno natural es lo único que merecía la pena

-Calidad precio sin sentido(es carísimo) -Manchas en las sábanas variadas y algunas de sangre 🩸 -No hay aire ni ventilador -No hay mosquiteras -No hay agua fría si hace calor -Falta de higiene en general -Sobran trastos en el interior y la obra que se ha hecho parece que faltan algunas cosas por acabar. Hay un rack de comunicaciones en todo el medio del salón que no tiene ningún sentido -El desayuno no merece la pena, es mejor ir al pueblo a desayunar por tu cuenta -No tienen microondas La comunicación con la gente que gestiona es complicada, son 3 personas y no están alineados entre ellos.

Comodidad y relajación

Un lugar en medio de la montaña , con unos paisajes súper relajantes . El lugar es cómodo , el personal super amable. L habitación suficiente y el Baño tb. El desayuno no es q fuera nada del Otro mundo , pero te lo preparan y te lo recogen. Zumo de naranja exprimido , tostadas , embutidos , café …. Y para el niño chocolate kinder . Muy amable Peter , gracias . Me quedé sin batería en el coche y por suerte un inquilino tenía pinzas y súper amablemente me ayudaron. Unos crak . Volvería

Lo único malo es el acceso complicado . Recomiendo que Marta os envíe la localización , poniéndote en contacto con ella a través un mensaje en booking , de esta manera podréis llegar bien . No vayas con un coche con los bajos muy bajos . Hay q combatir los mosquitos , aunque No es una barbaridad , sí que los hay. Tienes q saber dónde vas , a un lugar en medio de la naturaleza , alejado del mar (30 minutos Alfaz del pi o Albir Altea … ) piscina pequeña pero suficiente para remojarte . En definitiva , creo q es un lugar muy bonito , con mucho potencial si te gusta el campo , y tienes además la posibilidad de visitar fonts del algar a solo 5 min

Un ambiente acogedor, vistas espectaculares y una tranquilidad absoluta. Nos sentimos como en casa… pero con mejores vistas.

El acceso final (último km) presentaba ciertas limitaciones, debido a una calzada estrecha y un firme en estado regular, lo que puede suponer una dificultad para determinados vehículos.

Ni se te ocurra ir

El trabajador alemán que tienen allí para esperarte y la mujer española de contacto fueron amables y agradables. Además el hombre estaba pendiente de ponerles un buen desayuno a los inquilinos que optaban a él. Proximidad a las cascadas del Algar.

Llegué por una carretera de mala muerte y de difícil acceso. Según llegué me pareció todo muy poco cuidado y un sitio con mucho potencial y muy poco dinero invertido. Para entrar a la habitación sin problemas, pero al salir costaba cerrar la puerta. Eso ya crea inseguridad. Se suponía que la habían puesto nueva, pero de nueva parecía,... la primera que pillaron en un sitio de segunda mano por no decir otra cosa. La habitación (la de la bañera de hidromasaje) igual, podría pintar bien pero le hace falta ser más curiosa y algún detalle que la haga más acogedora. Si vais por la bañera de hidromasaje ahorráoslo porque no merece nada la pena. No estaba limpio el suelo, comprobado cuando anduve descalza y la mierda se me pegaba a los pies. Lo peor de todo fueron las dos malas noches que pasé. No pude dormir en dos noches porque nada más tumbarme en la cama me empezaron a picar las piernas. Sentí durante toda la noche que me picaban las piernas bichos que no veía. Me fijé en la cama y ví algunos pelos que no eran míos. La ropa de cama no estaba limpia lo que hacía pensar que chinches o similar podría haber en ella. Efectivamente se me puso en esos días el cuerpo a peor, lleno de picaduras y tengo ahora mismo el cuerpo cual flamenca. Rara vez me pican los mosquitos, solo había uno y este era imposible que me generase estas señales que no son de mosquitos. No tienen ni una mosquitera en un sitio de campo de mucho calor y sin aire acondicionado o ventilador. Si quieres hacer un negocio siempre tienes que ofrecer un mínimo de calidad. Esta estancia no cumple los mínimos de calidad, con lo cual no debería permitirse aparecer en booking ni en ningún otro sitio como opción hasta que el propietario invierta dinero y le saque todo su potencial real. La peor experiencia que además me ha hecho gastar tiempo y dinero en desinfectar la ropa, el coche, la medicación y hasta ir al hospital de urgencias. Su respuesta... "Nunca nos había pasado esto".

Ha estat fantàstica (excepte pel llit!)

Ens ha encantat TOT: la casa ,l’exterior,les vistes,estava tot molt net i el fet de poder fer servir la nevera i estar tant tranquils allà. L’atenció de Peter va ser Excel.lent ,va ser molt amable i es preocupava molt perquè estiguèssim cómodes !

L’únic que no ens ha agradat és el llit que era molt petit per dues persones i molt incómode! L’habitació estava molt bé i el bany però per la descripció de llit doble era molt petit!

Desconexión en la naturaleza

Es un lugar perfecto para desconectar, estás rodeado de naturaleza y montañas, muy cerquita de las fuentes del algar. Cuando llegamos fuimos recibidos con un zumo. Nos alojamos en la habitación con bañera hidromasaje. Mark sin duda es un anfitrión muy amable, nos sentimos muy cómodos durante nuestra estancia. Al día siguiente nos preparó un gran desayuno.
