The apartment was built in 2005 next to the sea. The apartment is suitable for 4 people (also disabled) wide with elevator access. The living room and terrace are located to the east overlooking the sea.
There are separate modern kitchen has an electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine.
Two bedrooms with twin beds and two bathrooms with shower. The third bedroom serves as a storage form can be vacuumed and bicycle storage.
The living room and master bedroom have air conditioning; hot and cold in winter.
The apartment is located on the grand boulevard of Altea within walking distance of all restaurants, bars and cafes. Altea is the pearl of the Costa Blanca; shopping in luxury stores or tea or coffee on the terraces. Traditionally Altea has an artistic atmosphere with small art galleries and concert halls in the old town. There is also a theater called The Palau with modern programming. Some supermarkets are within a few meters walk. The old town is beautiful with its streets and whitewashed houses embedded. Above all church with its blue dome it makes Altea is characterized by other peoples around. Altea so called Pearl of the Costa Blanca.
The beach is opposite the apartment.
The bus to Benidorm stops opposite the door. 10 minute walk there is a tram station, where the tram that runs between Alicante and Denia.
If you come by your own car or a rental car can get to the outskirts of Altea, it shows you where you can park easily.
The prices includes bed linen and towels, and electricity 20 kWh per day, (plus consumption 0.50 euros per kWh).

The host is very accommodating for checking in as my flight was delayed over eight hours. The property is located at the beach front close to supermarkets and transport links.

Perfect apartment! Right on the beach and the restaurants all the way along the promenade. This is the cleanest apartment I’ve ever lived in!!

super appartement voor een strandvakantie! Floris wachtte ons op bij het appartement, koffers naar boven en ik op aanwijzingen de auto geparkeerd. Wat tips en buurthandigheidjes doorgekregen. Achterzijde vanaf balkon uitzicht op boulevard en strand, voorzijde met balkonnetje uitzicht op straat. De straat is vrij druk maar geen last van, eventuele auto is verderop in een van de straatjes vrij te parkeren. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Keuken compleet met oven en wasmachine en vaatwasser. Handdoeken genoeg en ook strandlakens. Tv met schotel incl Nederlandse zenders en gratis wifi wat goed werkt. Je loopt het app uit, hoekje om en wandelt zo de boulevard en het strand op. Strand is dan wel kiezelstrand maar gewoon op de kleinere kiezels liggen en anders luchtbedje mee. Als je de straat oversteekt loop je zo naar een kleine supermarkt waar ze eigenlijk alles wel hebben. Nog ietsjes doorlopen en je hebt de winkelstraat met verderop ook wat terrasjes. Ga je daar linksaf dan loop je zo door leuke oude straatjes, trappetjes richting het karakterastieke kerkje met schitterend uitzicht. Daar rondslenteren sowieso de moeite waard! Als je auto hebt is er genoeg in de buurt om heen te rijden en te ontdekken. Als we weer naar Altea gaan dan huren we zeker weer dit appartement, echt een aanrader! Kortom, een topper!
