Apartment with loggia ideally located.
Comfortable and functional apartment of 49 m², ideally located:
- 500 meters from the famous Playa Levante (7 minutes walk)
- 400 m from English Square - The strip (Calle Gerona - 5 minutes walk)
- 300 m from Benidorm Covered Market (Centro commercial Mercaloix)
- 4 minutes drive from Aqualandia and Mundomar water amusement parks (1.3 km)
It consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with a single bed), a living-dining room with a 2-seater sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen and a pleasant south-facing loggia with a view of the pool and its palm trees.
The apartment has all the necessary facilities to make your stay pleasant. It has air conditioning (reversible) in the living room, wifi, a TV with a bouquet of international channels, two fans and two auxiliary heaters.
The residence is secure and has a pretty swimming pool renovated in 2024 with deckchairs and umbrellas (in season) and parking.

PGJyPgArrivals are possible from 4 pm and departures no later than 10 am. Check-in and check-out are carried out in person 24 hours a day. Free of charge between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Additional costs of €20 between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. and €30 after 10 p.m. until 8 a.m.
The rental includes the supply of linen, wifi and electricity within the limit of reasonable consumption. In this regard, each time you leave the house, please close the windows and bay windows, turn off the lights, air conditioning and heating. In the event of unreasonable electricity consumption above a base of €150 / month, you will be charged the difference in overconsumption.
In accordance with the Vrbo Community Policy, we thank you for respecting the accommodation as if it were your own and for ensuring that the neighbourhood is respected. In the common areas of the building, please respect the rules in force, including at the swimming pool.
In addition, please ensure that the following rules are respected:
- It is forbidden to organise parties or noisy activities that may disturb the neighbourhood. Please avoid making noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- Smoking or vaping is allowed only in the loggia with the windows open, taking care to close the bay window in the living room and the second bedroom.
- When you are not in the accommodation, please lock all windows and the front door.
- In case of damage to the accommodation, please inform Las llaves de Benidorm as soon as possible.
- Please dispose of the rubbish before you leave.
Finally, we remind you that the Vrbo Community Policy states that "guests must not leave the accommodation where they have stayed (...) in a condition that requires excessive or deep cleaning or repairs beyond normal wear and tear. The cleaning fee is only intended to cover the cost of standard cleaning between bookings." Thus, please note that "excessive or deep cleaning or repairs beyond normal wear and tear" will be charged.
