Near the marina Campomanes of Altea Mascarat and right by the sea is this cozy 4 person apartment: Altea Pueblo Mascarat. From the south facing terrace, where you can enjoy the sun almost all day, you have an unobstructed view over the Mediterranean sea, the marina of Altea Mascarat and the bays of Altea, Albir and the Sierra Helada. The apartment complex has 3 swimming pools and 2 padel courts. The beach is within walking distance and in the immediate vicinity of the marina are restaurants and cozy terraces.

Property was great. View from balcony just as on listing. Property well equipped and clean. Pool area terrific.. Problem with key fobs on arrival but replacement keys were provided at the earliest possible opportunity and the owner remained in contact throughout.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Nick war sehr angenehm. Alles war bei unserer Ankunft in der Nähe. Unser Gastgeber kontaktierte uns sofort nach unserer Ankunft in Alicante und war jederzeit erreichbar. Der Blick auf das Meer ist wunderschön und die Terrasse ideal zum Entspannen, Lesen und Essen. Der Parkplatz ist eine große Hilfe. Ein Netflix-Abo ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt für die Wohnung.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war jederzeit schnell und professionell. Das Apartment hat alles was man sich im Urlaub wünscht. Wunderbare Lage mit sehr schnellen Zugang zum Strand. 2 sehr schöne Pools. Besonders schön ist die sehr große Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Wenn wir wieder in die Ecke gehen, planen wir auf jeden Fall wieder in diesem Apartment
