It is composed, from the entrance, of a vestibule leading to a wide staircase leading
- On the 1st floor:
- on a living room / stay: on a surface of 30m2, equipped with a 5-seater armchair, a fireplace, a television set (TNT with French and international channels), a free WIFI connection (for stays of 'a week), an air conditioner (hot-cold) and a private toilet.
- the kitchen: fully equipped, it includes a fridge (freezer), a multifunction oven, a ceramic hob (2 plates), a coffee machine, toaster, juicer, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and vacuum cleaner.
- on a 25 m2 terrace at the front: with panoramic views of the sea and the mountain. Manual cover system, garden furniture 4 covers, 2 deckchairs.
- on a 10m2 terrace / garden at the rear: near the swimming pool. Parasol, garden furniture, 4 place settings, barbecue
- On the 2nd floor:
- The master bedroom with bathroom: it includes a double bed (160 * 200) with duvet and pillows, a shelf, a wardrobe, a television set (TNT), an air conditioner, a terrace with sea view and an en-suite bathroom (bath, hairdryer, private toilet).
- Bedroom 2: composed of a single bed (90 * 200), a wardrobe, a library and an air conditioner.
- Bedroom 3: composed of a double bed (160 * 200), a wardrobe and an air conditioner.
- The bathroom: is equipped with a private toilet and a shower.
- For children: a changing pad and a cot.
- Other services: A secure garage and a magnificent condominium swimming pool with sea and mountain views.

Very nice apartment, well equipped, quite and providing a perfect view over the sea and mountains. And also a perfect region with nice beaches and lots of sights easy reachable with a car nearby. We've enjoyed 2 weeks of pleasure together with our children.
