Home to great vacation spaces inside and out! Entertain or relax in the spacious screened porch or on the oversized open deck (with propane grill). This coastal getaway's main level features an open floor plan offering a living room, dining area and a large well-equipped kitchen (with center island, granite countertops, stainless steel refrigerator with two ice makers, stove and dishwasher and antiqued custom wooden cabinets), full hallway bathroom and bedroom. The top floor is home to a full hallway bathroom and remaining four bedrooms, including the master suite (with its own private bathroom and sundeck). Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more.6 TVs, 2 Blu-rays, outside shower, gas grill, Wifi.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Great location, peaceful neighborhood. Could not find the iron, texted the property management folks and brand new iron was delivered in a few hours. Very impressive. On negative, TV streaming and remotes are very confusing. Color coded sticker dots would go a long way.

Trash all over the front of property upon check in due to missing Trash can lid. No dish towels. Ran out of toilet paper in less than 24 hours, so we had to go buy some. Garbage disposal did not work. Tree debris all over outside deck.upstairs bathrooms had no soap or shampoo in showersThe screened in porch was perfect
