This was a great home for our family's annual Bethany Beach getaway.
Open floor plan downstairs with large gathering area.
There's a really nice screened porch in the back with lounge chairs and table. We ate most dinners there in the evening.
Separate TV room is nice if some want to watch TV and others don't.
There are 2 bedrooms downstairs - but only a half bath, so no showering downstairs.
There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. - each with a full baths.
Also there's an outdoor shower around back off the porch.
If you don't know Bethany well, you may be put off by being across the highway from the beach, but DON"T BE. It's really not an issue at all. There's a walkway just off 3rd street - and cars stop to allow people to cross.
It's a 3 block walk from the house to the beach. Straight shot - no turns. We walked it with umbrella and beach bag every day with kids. Perfect!
It's 5 block walk to downtown stores, restaurants, Kohr Bros, etc.
The house is on a small one block street with a cul-de-sac... it's very quiet (aside from the random fire truck)
We had a great time and will look to rent again next year!

The kitchen was well-stocked, the place was clean and ready for our arrival, the location is unbeatable and the pictures don't do it justice.
