It’s a joke to call it ocean view. Can only see a glimpse of water in a couple of spots. The floors were dirty. The couch in the enclosed porch off the kitchen looked broken(sagging in the middle) and the tv did not work on the enclosed porch. The screen track on the inside of the enclosed porch was broken on one side and hanging. A couple of doors upstairs were not easy to operate. The bed map was very misleading. We had a good time l, but considering the time of year, I felt it was a lot of money for what we got.

The house was in excellent shape, everything worked and it was clean. The size worked well for our large group including the dining table that was big enough to seat everyone. The extra refrigerator was used for beverages. The location was convenient to both the beach and the boardwalk with shops.

This properties location is great but it’s no ocean view. The space was great for large families. Unfortunately, the property was not clean. Junk everywhere, cable wires (lots) exposed, laying in the family room floor. Not safe for anyone but extremely dangerous for children. The time I spent cleaning I lost my whole first night. Then the master bedroom had no power. We called immediately but after the third day of not having no power the electrician finally got it fixed. That was not ok for the couple that paid to sleep there. Not to sleep on the couch. We asked for at least a later check out but was told no. This was a vacation for my family for Christmas and it wasn’t the vacation we expected. With that said, the house is very nice, only if it had been clean and we had electrical.
