Welcome to Sands Serif! Located just a short trolley or bike ride from the beach on Bethany’s beloved “main street,” Garfield Parkway, this luxurious coastal-style home is a vacationer’s dream come true! After you have enjoyed everything Bethany Beach and surrounding oceanfront communities have to offer, wash off the salt and sand in the soothing private outdoor shower before stepping into this fabulous, multi-level paradise. With an open plan living area, 9-foot ceilings, gas fireplace, granite countertops, subway tile backsplash, gorgeous hardwood floors, washer/dryer and sparkling stainless steel appliances, you won’t want to go home! Spacious and beautifully decorated, this well-appointed, comfortable home features 4 large bedrooms (2 are master suites) plus 2 separate living areas. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a huge table for dining. The house also features a lovely screened porch off the living room and a deck off the upstairs den. Off street parking for 4+ cars, plus owner supplies a Bethany Beach Parking Permit. NO PETS!! NO SMOKING!!
Guests pay a $225 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

This beautiful spacious home is perfect for our family and extended family., from a large kitchen and spacious family room to the outside porch. There is plenty of room for everyone. This home is kept very nice and clean. It’s close to the beach and the shopping.. the kids especially loved Fisher‘s popcorn, BonkersI ice cream and of course Sweeties.. it’s becoming our home away from home. We look forward to returning again next summer.

The place was very nicely decorated and very clean. The list of that you have to do before check out is a little much especially with a cleaning fee. AlsoIt should be easier to check in and out. Family members stayed at another VRBO the same week and were given an access code to the property instead of picking up keys.

This was by far the best house that we have rented in Bethany Beach. The accessibility to the beach and down town was perfect. This house more than accommodated my family. It truly is the perfect beach house to rent.
