Ideal for 2 people. Single level entry and stair free path to entry. Steps away from free resort pool and jacuzzi. HOA requires one tenant to be 55 or older with proof via govt ID.

This property is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood where you can safely take walks to soak up the sun and enjoy the gorgeous Mountain View’s.
