One of the best unobstructed mountain view homes. Home is on the San Ignacio golf course. Large spacious 2600 sq. ft. newly furnished home. Has a 60 inch smart TV in the family room. Cox cable and Hi speed internet is included. This beautiful home has yet to be reviewed due to being first placed on the rental market 11/2016. This home is part of Green Valley Recreation. Green Valley recreation offers 14 Rec. centers. Pools, pickle ball, tennis, arts, crafts, Health, fitness, something for everyone. Hike the trails in the San Rita mountains. A round of golf? Or just enjoy the weather relaxing on the patio, drink in hand soaking in this fantastic view

This property is very spacious, clean and comfortable. It overlooks the San Ignacio golf course and has a magnificent view of the Santa Rita mountains. The owner is easy to work with and will answer your questions and return your phone calls quickly. The house was pet friendly so that was a big plus for us. The community is quiet, friendly, tidy and safe. The I-19 is nearby so you will hear traffic noise if you sit outside on the patio. However, the house is well insulated inside from outside noise. We would suggest that an up-to-date information sheet be provided with tv & internet instructions for renters.

We enjoyed the scenic location backing on to the St Ignacio Golf course, loved the large gourmet kitchen & very much appreciated the easy access to the owner for questions. We would highly recommend this spacious home

The home was spacious with an open floor plan that we appreciated. Could not beat the golf course view and lots of privacy. We would definitely stay there again!
