About this house rental
This property requires a minimum three month Winter Rental for the from the latter part of December through the middle of April. The property is a two bedroom end unit townhouse located centrally in one of the original areas of Green Valley. The home faces south and has a great view of the mountains to the east from the front patio and living room. Being centrally located, the property has convenient access to shopping, many churches and the community library. Larger than a 'Villa" or "Casita, the unit has an open plan decorated with bright neutral colors. The master bedroom has an adjacent bathroom and the room can be set up as either a king or two twins while the second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds. There are also two pullout sofas in the living room for additional sleeping. There are several GVR facilities nearby that are available at an additional cost. The facility in Casa Paloma II is only two blocks away and has a full size pool, a hot tub and shuffleboard courts. The East Social Center is a larger facility and is about a mile away and has a pool and hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball courts and a workout room. The townhouse has a fully equipped kitchen and has a 42" flat screen TV with expanded cable, internet, DVD and VCR player . A full size washer and dryer are located next to the kitchen and across from a large pantry.

This property has all the basics and an outstanding view of the Santa Rita Mountains. What makes it so special is the community. Very friendly people with a welcoming attitude. Michael was very easy to deal with and always eager to help in any way he could. I would definitely come back for another winter away from home.

We enjoyed our stay in Green Valley very much. Mike and Kellie were a pleasure to work with. Everything we needed was included and the mountain view was spectacular, especially the sunsets. We would definitely rent there again.
