The annual average temperature is 85 degrees. Completely renovated June 2014....4 luxurious living areas: kitchen, dining area, Great Room (Living Room with leather couch and two leather chairs, end tables and large coffee table, cable HDTV, Wi-Fi Internet & Dining Area) and Master Bedroom (2 Queen Beds). We stayed the month of March 2022. Immediately we could tell that the owners take great pride in keeping up their property. Location for us was prime! Mountain views, golf course view, wildlife in the backyard, quiet & peaceful, hot tub just across the street. So spacious inside with high ceilings. Rooms quite large-double sinks in bathroom with skylight, walk-in closet, Keurig in kitchen, spices & hibachi for use, 2 tvs with cable. Very clean! Wonderful, very helpful property manager.

Loved the property. Very clean and all essentials were available to us. The owner and manager were accessible to us and answered any question we had immediately. Hope to go back to this property again.
