This townhome located in The Springs in Green Valley, south of Tucson, is just what you’re looking for in a quiet 55+ neighborhood. This 1300+ sq ft step free entrance town home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a patio with a full patio furniture set to enjoy the beautiful mountain views. Patio also has a chiminea to enjoy the starry Arizona nights fireside. Rental includes gas grill.
There are 4 public golf courses in Green Valley along with13 Green Valley Recreation areas available for use with a modestly priced guest pass. The centers feature many activities such as tennis, bocce ball and swimming.
The Santa Rita Springs Recreation Center, the largest of all the centers, is a block away where there is a heated outdoor pool (85 degrees) and hot tub, a fitness center, art and clay studios and indoor and outdoor entertainment areas. The Springs has a lovely 1 mile walking path through a 24 acre park outside your back door.
Whether shopping in Tucson, Green Valley, Tubac or recreating in Madera Canyon- just a short drive away , Buenos Aires National Preserve, Catalina Mountains or Canoa Ranch, to name just a few, we are centrally located to visit any of these beautiful areas.
