The owner Ken was wonderful! Answered questions promptly and every need was attended to. The house was perfect and immaculately clean. The Mountain View’s were amazing. It could not have been better!

It is a great place! Clean, beautiful view, and the host, Ken, very quickly answered all my questions. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements, extra towels easy to access and supplies for laundry. Garage access was a blessing and the house was set up to mitigate the heat.At the same exit for the house is a Safeway, UPS and gas station. I came for a birding trip and had several birds in the arroyo beside the home and at the patio. The hosts provided bird seed, and I added water to a bird bath, placed seed and a hummingbird feeder. At least 10 different species.A birding friend joined me 1/2 way through my stay and also loved the place and her own bed/bath.We hope to stay again on another birding trip!

Ken, the host, was very attentive and available. The home was clean, comfortable and had beautiful views! The house is stocked with everything you need. We especially liked the quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay there again!

This private home is exceptionally clean. The home has lots of space and comfortable furniture. Loved the location at the end of a road with use of the garage. Covered patio with 2 different sitting areas and a private backyard. Nice community neighborhood to walk around in. Unfortunately we arrived too late on a Fri to get the community recreation center passes, which would've been nice, but maybe next time. We would HIGHLY recommend this rental and would not hesitate to rent here again.
