Recently built apartments A and B have an amazing view over Funchal´s bay, you will be able to see the ships entering port and enjoy beautiful sunsets. Apartment C is actualy a small typical Madeira's house fully refurbished in 2017, with high ceilings and a lovely front porch, which will certainly give you an overwhelming experience.
The propertie is located very near to Funchal's Old Town where you can enjoy a variety of dining venues, check out the local market and explore all downtown.
Another of its assets is the private car park along with an outdoor swimming pool and sun deck, you will be offered the peace and tranquility for a magnificent vacation.

Part of a very small block of accommodation. Including the delightful owners. We stayed in the house which was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay and more. We used the pool a couple of times, to please our 12 year old son ( a little chilly but it was February). We hired a car and was able to park in the owners car park. Beatriz the owner is very accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. Old Funchal is very close and has a very good selection of restaurants. We had a short break in Madeira. We spent a day in Funchal, a day visiting The north, including Port Moniz and then a day exploring the east of the island. An excellent place to stay for a short break or even a week or two.

A very nice, new, extremely clean apartment, with wonderful view and terrace on the Atlantic Ocean. The building has been recently built with all comfort and technology, perfectly mix with a good design and warm taste of the owner. The offer is completed by the use of a very clean swimming pool, in which my kids had a lot of fun. Beatriz, the owner is a very kind person, and ready to help in each situation. The house is located very close to city center old town, to bus station and supermarket. Highly recommended
