Okay stay but pri

Houses are too close to eachother but the surroundings are nice.

From the balcony you look directly at the roof which is too close and which result in no view. On the pictures of the apartment this was not the case. There was a horrible smell in the apartment. Appliances like a scissor or cutting board was missing.

I have been staying at this venue every summer for the last five years, and I love it!

The property was nice and clean and provides towels; it is very near the beach which is fantastic! When you arrive, you can go straight to reception to pick up your keys so no worries about having to deal with a key safe. At the reception area there is a little shop that sells basic household stuff and some food. There is also a restaurant and swimming pool onsite.

The property does not house an ironing board or iron. We bought an iron in the supermarket, but it was difficult to iron on a table.

The house we hired, was just so good for the 6 of us. Big enough and space enough. The staff was very polite, and helpful. This vacation is a re-do for sure.

It was clean and pleasant. Very accessible.

1. We had a problem with our Toilet, and someone came and said it’s repaired but it wasn’t. We didn’t announced again because we had only 2 days left and didn’t want to be disturbed again. 2. We were disturbed by the staff or the builders we are not sure who this was but they put us some questions about our stay and how long we stay and i just found inappropriate and disturbing. We just wanted to enjoy our vacation and not being disturbed with questions, repairs etc. Maybe it will help for the future:)

Excellent stay in well equipped modern private chalet.

Clean, modern and comfortable well-equipped chalet. The weather was good and we very much enjoyed spending time on the enclosed private terrace. This was perfect for our 2 dogs.

Our only disappointment was the electric barbecue (provided at an extra cost) which was very inefficient. It wasn't powerful enough to grill vegetables, let alone a sausage!. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Really lovely holiday village with everything you need

The ladies at reception were really helpful and spoke great English. We loved our little house it had everything we needed and felt like home from home. We really loved the morning pastry deliveries too!

The resort location is a little further from the beach than we expected. I would recommend bringing bikes lots of easy accessible bike routes

The shower drain was blocked and it had an awful smell. The staff were not able to rehouse us and we had to endure the property.

Lovely beach holiday.

Comfortable house for our family holiday, 20 minutes walk to the nearest beach was fine for us. Berck is a great place for family holidays.

We expected a washing machine in the property as there had been one when we stayed in 2020 but there was none. This made life a little more difficult with an 18 month old baby as washing had to be done by hand.

The location- proximity to excellent beaches. The house was spacious and well equipped. Less than 3 hours drive from our home, very convenient as a getaway.

No boulangerie within walking distance although I did notice fresh bread on sale at the reception desk when I returned the keys.

A perfect location for a family vacation

We stayed in a 3-bedroom house, which was perfect for our large family and pets traveling with us. There was even a baby cot available for the little one. The facilities were clean and new. There is everything needed for a convenient short family stay. The small garden was convenient for a quiet retreat after being out the whole day. The car could be parked right next to the house under a shed, which helped a lot to keep the vehicle cool during the hot days.

There was a strange noise from the pipes which was a bit disturbing during the first night, but then we got used to it. The double bed in the parental bedroom was not a real double bed, but two separate single beds put together, so there was a big gap in the middle. The stairs to the second floor a a bit steep and could be challenging for very young kids, so extra parental caution is needed.

Pleasant site, nice accommodation and healthy walk to sea front. Would come again

All reasonably good and tried to help with the language translation to English to get us through. Nice chalet, well positioned plenty of space. No complaints for service was good and helpful.

Few things to say, no shop onsite or laundry. We were not informed about the bakery deliveries to order. Walk to new town is about 30mins .

Lots of space, comfy beds, very clean bedsheets, nice back yard, convenient parking in front.

The first day the kids could not sleep because of the strong winds, but this is not the fault of the residence. The recycling facilities could have been better (1. the glass bin was across the road, 2. it was not always clear in which recycle bins to place certain items).

The house and and parking direct outside. The staff were all very helpful . The WiFi worked very well

That there is no deepfreeze facility with fridge . This is a big minus. A small freezer inside fridge was sufficient. A pity as that was the only negative from this property.

Basic accomodation

We stayed here for a week with 2 children. The location was nice, far from a very busy city centre but nearby an awesome beach. The house itself is not bad, has 2 separate bedrooms and a living room downstairs plus a small terrace.

Lacking the maintenance: a knife cut nothing, a kettle full of calcium, human hair in the bathroom etc. The project developer should really think of changing pillows, really bad quality.

A lovely spacious house in a good location for both the town and the beach.

The equipment in the house could have been better, there was a poor selection of glasses, no chopping board. A fan in each bedroom would have been very useful.
