First it was the communication. Clear and immediate responses. The room, and apartment type was amazing. Views of the Bosphorous and the setup! Location was amazing and felt very safe.
I will stay at this location next time I come to Istanbul again.

The mangers of the property are wonderful and easy to access, they assisted with transfers from/to airport.
The only thing I can say negatively is that only 2 bath towels are provided. We prefer clean towels each day and it was bit of headache because laundry had to be done. Otherwise, property is great for 2 adults and maybe an infant .
