The rooftop terrace is the highlight: a beautiful view over the water and city lights, especially at sunset. The whole hotel is tastefully decorated, from the hallways to the rooms, and our room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent (coffee included), and the staff were friendly and genuinely helpful throughout our stay.
Cleanliness in the bathroom didn't match the rest of the hotel. There was visible black mold along the tile joints in the shower, behind the soap dispensers and the shower basket, and the sink hadn't been properly cleaned (residue was still there after housekeeping). The daily cleaning felt average overall. For a 4-star hotel, these details matter, and a deeper bathroom clean and some re-grouting would make a big difference.

The location was very good; we also enjoyed the breakfast and view from the breakfast room. The staff were also very friendly and helpful especially the young men working on reception and the boy who carried our bags to the room. They all gave us a lot of detailed information about the sites we wanted to go and visit.

An absolutely wonderful stay. Cleanliness was a perfect. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, served on the top floor with stunning views of the city. The staff were super friendly, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. Having complimentary coffee and water available all day was a great bonus. The location couldn't be better. I 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever I'm back in Istanbul.
