Location
After check-in, I found a used cotton pad placed back inside the box in my kids’ bathroom. I reported it to the reception .
Proper hygiene and thorough room inspections between guest check-out and the next guest’s check-in are essential. This was disappointing and raised concerns about the cleanliness standards.
