    I would like to thank Hotel Momento Golden Horn for their great Hospitality. It was really a very pleasant stay. It is a lovely Boutique Hotel where you really feel like home. The location was amazing, despite the room was a bit small, but it was very cozy and super clean! The over all cleanliness of the hotel was amazing and the service was wonderful. The best was hospitality & service of the staff. Many thanks to the gentlemen Mr. Sinan, Mr. Mehmet & Mr. Serhat. I will surely visit you again in my next trip to Istanbul.

    It was a great experience and the location is excellent, nearby tram, fenicular and all types of eateries. Staff especially Eren, Harun and Sedat were awesome, they went beyond their duty to assist in all aspects. I would give this hotel 5star + for their services.

    Shower door was weird. Has an emergency pull, but the door swung inwards so wouldn't be able to help if anyone collapsed and blocked the door. Asked for an extra blanket as they put two single beds together and used one large bedsheet, and provided only one blanket. I was with a friend and required my own blanket. Staff member came and handed me a duvet insert and duvet cover. I suppose I was expected to put them together myself. So I did. But I felt that was not great service for a hotel. Food at the restaurant was abysmal, and the bistro mediocre.
