    The location was perfect and made it easy to explore the area. The room was on the smaller side, but it was comfortable and had everything we needed. Since we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway, it wasn’t an issue. Everything else about our stay was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

    What stands out most is the friendly receptionists. They put guests at ease cheerfully with helpful assistance and information . I regret not recalling the names of the staff , 2 men and a lady, who were on duty on 23/24 Dec 2026.. Thanks to them we enjoyed our overnight stay.

    Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Bu sayede iş için geldiğimiz yolculuğumuzda arta kalan kısa zaman dilimini çok iyi değerlendirebildik. İstiklal caddesi, sirkeci, mısır çarşısı, galataport, galata kulesi, yerebatan sarnıcı yürüme mesafesinde kalıyor. Belirttiğimiz tüm yerlere herhangi bir taşıt kullanmadan gittik. Bununla birlikte otelin en önemli değeri ise çalışanları. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve yardımsever. Sabah kahvaltılarında Hatice Hanım çok güzel kahvaltı hazırladığı gibi, sıcak yüzü ve samimiyeti ile güne enerjik başlamanızı kolaylaştırıyor. İsimlerini hatırlayamasak da, diğer çalışanlar da aynı şekilde güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Ayrıca otel çok merkezi konumda olmasına rağmen ara sokakta, bu sayede çok sessiz. Düşünenlere tavsiye ederiz. Bir daha yolumuz düşerse de bizim ilk tercihimiz olacak.

    Pros: Really liked everything about this hotel, location, price and cleanliness. The cleaner did amazing job everyday with room clean. Cons: 1. the 4 days we stayed our sheets wasn’t changed even after we asked them and they said they will do it. 2. The front staff is friendly but imo asked too many personal questions at check-in, abit unprofessional . 2. The room and bathroom is very small for 2 people. Advertised for 17m2 but it was more like 12m2. Worth getting a bigger room in the upper floors!
