    I was contacted by a friendly staff member as soon as I booked a room at the hotel. They organised a shuttle from the airport. The location is great, just 2 minutes to the waterside and 5 minutes from the Galata Bridge. The upstairs salon has a fantastic view over the Bosphorus. There is an authentic cafe opposite to get tea, bread and Shakshuka for breakfast. Just 2 minutes to street food and restaurants. I loved this hotel and would stay there again without hesitation.

    I was assigned a room that was very small, hard to even move around the bed or not trip over luggage. For the price the room should have been bigger, or a single bed instead of double.

    The hotel has a wonderful location and the staff were truly kind, polite, and always tried their best to assist us — they were the highlight of our stay. However, our room experience could have been better. On the first day, we were placed in a rooftop room due to limited availability. The room was not clean, had poor ventilation, and a noticeable mold smell. After requesting a change, we were moved to a very small room, and later to another one that unfortunately also had an unpleasant odor and no ventilation at all and the air conditioning always off . The shower faucet had black mold, and when we asked for cleaning, we were told it was already clean. Overall, the location and staff were excellent, but the cleanliness and room conditions definitely need improvement
