This hotel was in a great location, close to all of the major attractions. Property was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing, and so helpful.

We had an issue that they scrambled to clear up and make our experience a better one. It was a great recovery ! Excellent location but beware of construction blockages temporarily. Our room was lovely w Gorg views!

The room was clean, and the staff was incredibly kind, and helpful! They answered all of our questions, and were always so happy whenever we saw them! They helped advise us on our hamam booking! Their recommendations were great, and it was a lovely hotel to stay at!

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel!
The location simply couldn’t be better — right next to the metro and ferry connections, making it incredibly easy to explore Istanbul. You can also just step outside and walk to so many amazing restaurants, cafés, and beautiful spots nearby.
But what made our stay truly special was the people. Mustafa, the wonderful team at breakfast, our lovely housekeeper, and everyone at reception were absolutely incredible — always kind, attentive, welcoming, and genuinely willing to help. Their warmth made such a difference and made us feel at home from the very beginning.
Our room was very comfortable, spotless, and well equipped, and we had perfectly restful nights throughout our stay.
The combination of the perfect location, excellent service, and especially the warmth of the entire staff made our experience unforgettable.
This hotel truly became our home in Istanbul. We would definitely stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting this incredible city. ❤️
