About this house rental
Built in 2021, this brand-new house is situated along the West shores of Seneca Lake and is ready to welcome you as a guest. Start your morning with a beautiful the sunrise. Spend your day swimming and fishing off of your private dock, while soaking up the sun. In the evening enjoy sitting on the 50’deck lakeside sipping a cold beverage with the moonrise. Located in the heart of wine country, you may also enjoy the many local craft breweries, and farm-to-table dining. The property includes; 100 feet of beach frontage, on two acres of pristine private land, with a winding driveway, and beautiful old trees. There is plenty of parking, a private dock, three kayaks, and a boat lift for a small personal boat.

Overall, the setup and features of the house are fantastic. The view is unmatched. The house does have some quirks, though. The shower in the master bath is awkward and small. There are no blackout curtains in the master BD - full moon and lights in the flag are annoying. Also, with the spiral staircase, I have no idea how to get luggage to the bedrooms on the second floor.

The house was charming and had everything we needed. The location was ideal! Very quiet, hardly knew there were neighbors. The view from the deck - it was magical! It was the perfect place to sit and relax at the end of the day with the wine we picked up from the local wineries. We would love to return not only to the Finger Lakes, but to this house as well. Kelly was very attentive and answered our questions very quickly and was super pleasant to communicate with. We highly recommend staying here.

Having 100 feet of lake frontage provides the best natural views, privacy and relaxation. We felt like we were staying at a four star resort that we had all to ourselves. The large yard brought hours of entertainment for our kids. One of the most beautiful lake front properties that we have ever rented. Thank you.
