Welcome to The Grape Escape, your perfect home base for exploring the Seneca Lake Wine Trail! Tucked away on a quiet, dead-end road, this beautiful modern lakefront home blends luxury, comfort, and incredible views—ideal for families, couples, or groups looking to relax and reconnect in the heart of the Finger Lakes.
From the moment you arrive, you'll feel the peaceful energy of this lakeside setting. The property has parking for up to five vehicles, plus a Level 2 EV charging station to keep you ready for every adventure. Step inside and you're immediately greeted by wide-open lake views and a bright, spacious great room designed for gathering. Large picture windows frame Seneca Lake, filling the space with sunlight by day and a cozy glow from the gas fireplace by night. The plush sofa, ambient lighting, and wall-mounted fountain make this the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for any culinary occasion—whether it's morning pancakes or a wine-paired dinner. You'll find stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of seating at both the breakfast bar and the large dining table overlooking the water. Sliding doors lead out to one of several decks where you can sip coffee, enjoy an alfresco meal, or watch the boats drift by.
Two inviting queen bedrooms on the main level share a full bathroom with a combination tub and shower, and there's also a convenient half bath near the living area. Upstairs, the master suite is your own private retreat. It features a king-size bed across from a fireplace, a comfortable sitting area with lake views, and a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub—plus another fireplace for cozy evenings. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy the quiet sunrise over Seneca Lake.
The lower level is made for fun. A spacious rec room features a pool table (with a ping pong option), foosball table, and a comfy lounge area with a TV—perfect for movie nights or a friendly game tournament. This level also includes a bedroom with two twin-over-double bunk beds and a full bathroom with a shower, making it a great space for kids or extra guests.

The house was clean and roomy for us. The views were beautiful and there was plenty to do close by, even in late January!

We stayed in the winter, so could not enjoy getting on the lake- but the kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of extra blankets. One of the fireplaces did not work (master bedroom) which was disappointing as it was a major factor in booking this particular house in January. There was also a sewage smell outside on the morning we left that was very unpleasant.

the house was beautiful, clean, and exactly as pictured! the downstairs shower backed up our first day and the response was very prompt. everything was taken care of within a couple hours and cleaned. our stay was excellent and we can't wait to return!

The house is beautiful, & view fantastic, but there were a number of small problems that would stop me from returning. The upstairs tv didn't work at all, ice maker didn't work at all, & basement toilet & shower worked very poorly all week. Plus, the only channel on the basement tv that worked was the Disney channel. A partial refund would be nice.
