Be our guests at Park Place Villa! This Level Lakefront home is located on the Eastern shores of Seneca Lake close to Lodi Point State Park on a quiet dead end. When you enter this recently built home, you'll be greeted with open concept living, dining, and kitchen with over 3,500 square feet of finished space to entertain family and friends. Off the great room there's a deck close enough to hear the waves, and take in the spectacular views of the lake while enjoying your morning coffee or dinner while watching the gorgeous sunsets. Two king sized primary en suites, two queen sized bedrooms, plus two twin beds in a separate space. The finished entry level offers a kitchenette and large family room for movies and relaxing.
With easy access, this is a level area for recreation, bicycling, and walking. A 100-foot dock is just outside your door to soak up sun, and provides great fishing, boating, or kayaking (1 included) opportunities. Lodi Point State Park is only six houses away with boat ramp and two playgrounds.
Located mid-way up the east side of Seneca Lake, you are conveniently accessible to Ithaca, Watkins Glen, and Geneva. There are many wineries and breweries close by. Ovid is the closest town for groceries, pizza delivery, a Chinese take-out, coffee shop, diner, drug store, Dollar Store and more. There are also many restaurants nearby.

This home was large and had plenty of bedrooms and space for 6 women. Beautiful views from the dock as well as deck. Loved the firepit outdoors as well.

The house was very comfortable. We spent time at the beach, enjoyed the bonfire, and the large dining table for games in the evening. Loved the wineries and a visit at Watkins Glen. Thought it odd to have silver rimmed dinner wear that could not go in the dishwasher or microwave. We bought paper plates and other products, so we could enjoy family time.
