The location and house were ideal. We really enjoyed the comforts of home while staying there and the sunsets were spectacular. However, we were a little surprised by how hot it was inside the house for the first 4-6 hours there since the air conditioning had not been turned on prior to our arrival and it took a while to cool down. We also couldn’t use the oven on the first night there since the oven cleaner had been left on it. There were a few other minor issues that we had to have resolved as well. Fortunately , the support staff were very responsive, pleasant and helpful.

The house was very nice and accommodating for our group of friends. Great location to all parks, wineries and breweries. Listing on website noted a fire pit was included but there was none. The first floor bathroom needs a towel rod. The banister on the upper outside deck very wobbly.

The interior of the house is very nice although it is not stocked as well as other house we have rented. It would have been nice to have more towels and blankets. The 3 car limit for parking was stressful as we had family members that came and went during our stay. The state park nearby is lovely with a military museum, mini golf, beach and playground. The sunset views were spectacular.

The property was very nice and clean, and the location was perfect. I rated very low for communication and listing accuracy because there are only 3 parking spaces for a 6 bedroom home. Me and my friends were all coming from different directions at different times and carpooling was not an easy option. The 3 parking space limit was communicated only a couple of days before our arrival. Had this fact been prominently displayed in the property listing, we would not have chosen this property. We were informed that we could try to park in public and park lots miles away from the property. When I asked if an exception could be made to utilize the garage space for one or two vehicles, they would not respond. Given the cost of the rental, some exception accommodations would have been appropriate. Plus the printed in the home stated 6 vehicles were permitted, after we already jumped tgrough hoops to get our vehicle count down to 3.In addition, the fireplace did not work and the televisions were very difficult to use and there were no instructions to operate them.The property was extremely clean and nicely laid out. I wish I could give a better rating.
