Spacious, clean, and modern cabin was a perfect fit for our family vacation.
Explored wineries and hiking in the area with little driving time.
Hosts were responsive, friendly, and answered all of my inquiries quickly.
We would love to stay again in the winter to see the lovely views in a different season.

The house was large and the A/C was mainly in the bedrooms. The dining room is comfortable for 8, but there is only a small window A/C unit for it and the lining room. The living room in very large, with just one floor lamp, not near the couch. It was impossible to read there after dark. The dishwasher and clothes dryer constantly stopped due to a flipped circuit breaker. There is no A/C in the kitchen and the temperature was 85 degrees when cooking. One bedroom has a hole through the door meant for a knob and that door catches on the frame so that there is a horrensously loud noise when it's opened. We had to leave it open all the time. Also, there are 31 stair steps down to the (very clean) pool. Despite all this, we had a good time. The area is pretty, quiet and private, partly because all the surrounding buildings are empty. I think with some repairs, extra lights, a water filter and electrical work this could be a lovely rental.
