Step inside to a bright, open living area designed for relaxation and connection. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining and living spaces, making meal prep and socializing easy and enjoyable. Just off the kitchen, the first lakeside deck is ideal for outdoor dining or simply unwinding while soaking up the lake breeze.
The main floor features a master bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, plus a second queen bedroom and full bath, all thoughtfully arranged for your comfort and convenience. Downstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms and a third full bathroom, along with a cozy bonus living area with a futon, TV, and bunk beds—perfect for kids or extra guests. This lower level opens to the second lakeside deck, where you can enjoy breathtaking views and peaceful evenings by the water.
Sunrise Shores boasts 110 feet of natural lakefront with a gentle entry into the water, perfect for swimming, fishing, or launching kayaks and paddleboards from the permanent dock. Spend your days enjoying the lake or exploring nearby attractions like Watkins Glen State Park, Sampson State Park, or the lively city of Geneva with its excellent dining, wineries, and live music venues.
This vacation home welcomes up to 2 dogs with permission and offers seasonal air conditioning for your comfort. Outdoor amenities including watercraft and firepit are available from May to mid-October. Smoking and vaping are not permitted.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.

We stayed here with another family and had a great time! Loved the location of the home. It felt private, and was close to a lot of things! Over all the house fit our needs. It was roomy, and the beds were comfy. Its a well loved home, could use a little upgrades outside, but it was really perfect for what we needed. We brought our dogs and having the upper deck all fenced in was great! Appliances were brand new, and we also loved the use of the kayaks and large dock! Watching the sunrise and looking for eagles and osprey were a fun part of our trip. We would rent here again if we come back to lake seneca.

House was immaculate. Very well supplied. Deck was gorgeous. Perfect location in the middle of a bunch of vineyards and breweries. Great to be able to bring our dog too. Would stay here again.
