Welcome to Seneca Memories, a luxury lakefront home nestled along the west side of Seneca Lake—perfectly located between Geneva and Watkins Glen in the heart of Finger Lakes wine country. Inside, the open-concept layout invites relaxation and connection. The great room features a custom stone fireplace and stylish decor in soft gray and blue tones, while the kitchen is a dream for cooks, with granite countertops, handcrafted cabinets, and a large island for gathering. A formal dining table provides space for family-style meals, and a newly added fitness area lets guests stay active while taking in lake views.
Each of the four bedrooms includes a private bathroom, offering both privacy and convenience for couples and families. Thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, each space provides a calm, restful atmosphere to recharge after a day of exploration.
Outside, the private dock and lush lakeside lawn set the stage for summer days spent swimming, lounging, or simply enjoying the view. The deck is perfect for coffee at sunrise or wine at sunset as waves gently lap the shore.

**Limousines and Shuttle Buses are not able to drive on Hansen Harbor Road due to HOA policies. If you've planned a wine or beer tour, please let the driving company you've selected know they must park at the top of the road where it connects to Route 14 and meet your group there.
Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.
Note:
1. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.

We had an incredible stay at Seneca Memories! The home, views, and amenities are even more incredible in person, and the neighbors were very friendly! Despite the slow and scenic 7 minute drive down from the main road and limited parking spots (which were all worth it for this stunning home right on the water), everyone had the most amazing long weekend away in this gorgeous lake house. We will definitely be back (maybe with spouses next time)! I appreciated the easy booking process, open communication with Finger Lakes Premiere Properties reps, and the homeowners for creating a complete oasis.

This location is a gem - clean, spacious, beautiful - and you can't beat the views from the incredible master suite! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. I gave 4 stars on the check-in-process only, as it was really a challenge for us to use the front door keypad (multiple people tried - and finally - only 1 person in our group had success with the fingerprint style). However, the realty group was extremely responsive - and we had no issues otherwise.
