About this farm stay rental
A newly renovated farmhouse is waiting for you and your guests to enjoy! The original Hudson house was built in the early 1900's and the additions to the house were added in the 1960's. The total farm consists of over 300 acres of farm land on the eastern shore of Seneca Lake. The Hudson's were farmers and grew everything from grain to grapes. They even had a short period of time when they raised chickens.
The house has four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This beautifully maintained, four-bedroom farmhouse sits high up a mile from Seneca Lake. Surrounded by farmland with incredible views of the east side of Seneca Lake (including sunsets!)
Perfect for a large family or 2 smaller families, the house has a nicely remodeled, well-appointed kitchen as well as many other comforts to make your stay enjoyable. You’ll feel right at home!

This farmhouse is close to Sampson State Park, Seneca Lake Resorts in which there is a beach and playground. You can also rents boats, kayaks, etc. at Sampson. You are also centered in the wine region of the Finger Lakes, numerous wineries and breweries are within a ten mile radius.

We were looking for a comfortable place to spend time while exploring around the Finger Lakes region - and this was just the place. The location allowed us to easily travel to various wineries, restaurants, and sites around the area. Nothing is walkable, but the drive was easy. We spent an entire afternoon/evening just hanging out on the front porch enjoying the clear sky, beautiful weather, and quiet neighborhood. Each room was equipped with an air conditioner, so we all slept comfortably. The kitchen was spacious, and we took advantage of the large table for sharing our morning coffee. We were greeted by a vase of fresh cut flowers and local cheese & wine. We had no issues with reserving, gaining access, or anything on site. It was a lovely stay, and we would recommend this property.

We had a great stay at this Farmhouse. There was plenty of room and amenities. The location had gorgeous views of lake and wildlife and it was close to wineries and dining. The house was clean and the host was pleasant and easy to contact. We would stay here again.
