About this house rental
Two buildings, one shoreline. The main house holds three bedrooms — a queen on the main floor, a king and a queen upstairs — plus two full baths, a library with a sleeper sofa, and an open living area with a fully equipped kitchen and big windows over the water.
A short walk up the driveway, the detached garage is the group`s second act: a game room with pool table, ping pong, foosball, air hockey, shuffleboard, poker table and a bar. Upstairs it adds a king in an open loft (no door), a single bed in the shared common area, a sleeper sofa and a third full bath.
Outside is where most of the day happens — private dock, wide deck, hot tub, barrel sauna, fire pit, BBQ grill and three kayaks, all angled at the lake.
The whole property is yours: main house, detached garage and game room, lakefront deck, hot tub, barrel sauna and private dock. A few closets stay locked for owner storage and cleaning supplies.
Bringing a boat? The dock usually holds two, depending on water levels. Bring your own bumpers, and please photograph the dock on arrival and send the pictures through Airbnb chat so its condition is on record.
Parking is on a gravel driveway. Skip the lower space by the house — it is hard to get out of without four-wheel drive.
We manage the home remotely and answer messages quickly — most within the hour. Message us any time through Airbnb and we will take it from there.
Emergency maintenance (flooding, leaks, fire, sewage) is covered 24/7. Non-emergency requests are handled daily between 9 AM and 6 PM; anything reported after hours is picked up the next day.
Getting in: the driveway is gravel and steep, and reaching the main house means a set of outdoor stairs. Pack light bags where you can and allow extra time after dark.
Cooling: there is no central air. Window units cool the main house; the garage loft and its single bed cannot be air conditioned, so plan sleeping accordingly in midsummer.
Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We provide one towel per guest, pillows, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, K-cups, creamer, sugar, salt and pepper, dish and laundry pods, and garbage bags.
Lakeside living: bugs and cobwebs come with the shoreline. The home is professionally cleaned before you arrive, but we do not do mid-stay cleaning or pest control. Lawn care may happen during your stay.
House rules: respect quiet hours and local regulations. No parties, unregistered guests or large gatherings. Outdoor fires must be attended; no fireworks, RVs, tents or temporary structures.

The hot tub, sauna, dock and lake are used at your own risk. There is no lifeguard, and children should be supervised near the water at all times.
Please do not park in the lower space by the main house - it is difficult to exit without four-wheel drive.
