Perched above Seneca Lake along the Scenic Byway, Seneca View Villa offers panoramic lake and vineyard views, spacious gathering areas, premium amenities, and rare walkable access to some of the Finger Lakes' most beloved wineries and breweries.
Leave the car behind and walk directly to Two Goats Brewing, Atwater Vineyards, and Chateau LaFayette Reneau. Additional Wine Trail favorites, including JR Dill Winery and Grist Iron Brewing, are also nearby and can be reached on foot by many guests.
Inside, the Villa was designed for guests to gather comfortably while still having room to spread out. The home features multiple living areas, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, and inviting spaces for families, friends, and wine country getaways.
The main living room offers a warm gathering space with lake views, comfortable seating, and a fireplace, while the additional lounge/game room gives guests another place to relax, watch a movie, play games, or enjoy time together after a day exploring the Finger Lakes.
The kitchen is designed for group meals and memorable stays, with modern appliances, generous prep space, an oversized island, coffee options, and everything needed for relaxed breakfasts, wine weekend dinners, or family meals at the house.

Villa-only bookings are intended for standard overnight lodging for registered guests only. Additional daytime guests, vendors, photography sessions, getting-ready activity, rehearsal dinners, brunches, ceremonies, or other organized on-site activities are not permitted.
Limited exceptions may be considered for low-demand dates in the offseason with prior written approval, but they are not guaranteed. For wedding-adjacent stays, larger group gatherings, retreats, offsites, or stays involving additional visitors or organized on-site activities, Seneca View Estate is likely the better fit because it includes both the Villa and Bungalow with exclusive access to the full Seneca View property.

Hosts were great. Home was incredibly clean and well stocked with cleaning supplies, garbage bags and toilet paper / paper towels. Excellent location, close to so many fun places. Slept 4 adults and 6 kids without issue. Wish we could’ve used the outdoor areas but the extreme cold weather wouldn’t allow it. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved this property. Perfectly met our needs of wanting a relaxing vacation with mixed in hiking and wine/brewery/distillery tours. Great views of the lake off the back deck and possibly best of all, an easy walk to Two Goats Brewery next door.

Extremely clean property, very responsive host, and the house had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub worked out so well for kids and adults. Great location to explore the Finger Lakes region!
