****VERY IMPORTANT – Exterior Building Improvements- The Sea Dunes complex is currently undergoing mandatory exterior renovations through the end of September (weather permitting; delays are possible). This project will impact the entire building and includes jackhammering, waterproofing, and ongoing exterior construction work. This remains an active exterior construction site. Guests should expect loud daytime construction noise, dust, workers and equipment on site, potential view obstruction, changing conditions, and the possibility of temporary access restrictions to certain areas or floors. While rentals are permitted during this time, construction conditions are disruptive and are outside of our control. Rental rates reflect the uncertainty and risk associated with booking during an active construction period.

A quick 2 minute stroll will take you to the huge Sea Dunes pool where you can bask in the sun or take a refreshing dip! It's the perfect getaway for a couple, a small family, or senior citizens. While staying in this luxury vacation condo you can visit the Omni Hotel to enjoy a glass of wine, ride bicycles through the plantation's many trails, take a stroll down to the plantation's many shops and restaurants, visit the miniature golf course near the plantation entrance, or rejuvenate at the nearby spa and salon.
